Brand New Luxury Townhouse with City View+Near Uptown, Noda, BoA Stadium
It is a brand new townhouse just built in 2021. Location is PERFECT if you want to explore Charlotte City! You'll be able to easily navigate to Charlotte's most popular attractions! 5 mins drive to BOA Stadium, NoDa, South End, and Midtown Crossing Building-where you can find Target, BJâs, Trade Joeâs, Marshalls, Best Buy, West Elm and Charlotte best resturants.
Our house is 2 mins WALKING DISTANCE to Alexander Street Park, which is a great place to take a break and enjoy the nature. It has tennis/basketball court, kids play ground and greenway open to public. (We provides free tennis rackets, tennis balls and basketball to use.)
The space
This private townhouse has 3BR and 3.5 Bathrooms, every guest room has its own prive full bathroom. The entire furnished home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. (Inflatable bed provided)
