Detta underbara 3 sovrum 3 badrum radhus ligger i den tropiska stadsdelen Kawama. Enheten genomgick en totalrenovering som slutfördes den 17 december 2015. Den har porslin träplankegolv i hela, ett vackert kök med rostfria vitvaror och kvartsbänkskivor och badrum i marmor. Enheten fick också alla nya möbler inklusive king size-sängar för både master sviter, tv-apparater och dekorationer under ombyggnaden. Ingen kostnad har sparats!

Kawama ligger i hjärtat av Key Largo, bara två mil söder om John Pennekamp Park. Det finns nära fiske- och dykbåtflottor som erbjuder både grupp- och privata charter såväl som många fantastiska lokala matställen som erbjuder det bästa i färsk havsmat och nyckelkalkpai. Theatre of the Sea och The Dolphin Research Center ligger båda bara några mil bort och båda erbjuder en på en delfininteraktion såväl som många pedagogiska marina shower och turer. Det berömda Post Card Inn Resort och Sandbar (tidigare känt som Holiday Isle) ligger precis längs vägen såväl som några av de bästa båtliv Florida har att erbjuda.

Radhuset i sig är en nyrenoverad slutenhet med en ljus och rymlig planlösning som ligger precis vid saltvattenens badlagun. Den första våningen har ett sovrum, ett badrum och ett familjerum med en 42-tums LED-TV dekorerad med en avkopplande "tangentkänsla". På andra våningen finns ett ljust öppet vardagsrum, uppdaterat kök med alla nya apparater, ett badrum och balkonger fram och bak. Den främre balkongen har en helt ny gasgrill medan den bakre balkongen har en skärmhölje och plysch uteservering. På tredje våningen finns de två master sviterna båda komplett med nya möbler och privata balkonger samt det rymliga uppdaterade master badet. Funktionen som verkligen skiljer den här enheten från resten är det rymliga privata trädäck som är en utmärkt plats för hela familjen att samlas. Enheten levereras också med en anpassad lyfts 2006 Club Car golfvagn med plats för fyra och är perfekt för att utforska marken eller köra ut till punkten för lite fiske eller hisnande utsikt över nycklarna solnedgången.

Släpsparkering och användning av samhällets båtramp ingår i denna hyra. Dockskydd finns i marinan samt kajaker och paddelbrädor.

Great get away place

We took our kids (10) & (5) to this area for spring break. They absolutely loved it! Tons of things for them to do. This place was clean, convenient and great to stay in. The lagoon is right out front where we could kayak, paddle board & snorkel. The pools were okay. It was a good option for the kids to cool off. The golf cart was amazing. We used it often, even to dinner a few times just down the road.This place was comfortable and had plenty of room. We loved the lower level for family movies at night. Just some minor things- the toaster needs to be replaced as it only worked if you held the button down. There were ants in the kitchen but didn’t bother us. It just needs to be sprayed as it’s by a lagoon. Lots of towels and had great showers in each bath. Would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding Property

We had a blast with the family is Key Largo, and this property did not disappoint. Our favorite part was the lagoon. My kids and I spent so much time swimming, jumping off the pads, and snorkeling the lagoon watching all the colorful fish. Great location.

Great family time on Key Largo

We had a wonderful stay. We took our 4 children (ages 8-15) and my parents. The townhouse had so much space and all lived comfortably for the trip. The kids had a blast at the pools and lagoon, had a bonfire at night. We were a close drive to a lot of fun activities. We would definitely go back.

Short Winter Vacation Stay

It's our second stay in the Kawama Yacht Club and this townhouse is at a great location with quietness. Some vacationers complained about noises from neighboring units but this townhouse doesn't have that issue. Jarrett was very responsive and the house was neat and clean as described. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

Amazing Kawama Unit with Incredible Host!

Third time staying at this unit and we have never been disappointed. Jarrett responds immediately to questions and concerns and is extremely accommodating. We ended up checking in a day early and Jarrett made the process extremely easy. My boys love taking the golf cart down to the jetty to fish. So many good restaurants and things to do close by. We will continue to book this unit for our future trips. Thank you Jarrett!

Nice for boaters

This place is just as described the photos are spot on of the house, but the 1st floor bathroom not really useable water overflows to floor if you shower..property pics could use some updating.. the lagoon was actually very dark not really like the photos there is no beach nearby, it should be mentioned that this place is for boaters. Not much to see or do here.. but the water looks amazing by Islamorada if you’re a boater like we are in central Florida this place looks like “Boaters paradise” The nearest decent beach is actually 30 min away in Islamorada and we paid $90 for a party of 6 to visit a state park. The house was great for 6 people.. we made the best of it, if you plan to cook like we did bring your own kitchen towels/sponge none provided. Check in was easy beds very comfortable..

Fun and Relaxing

Fun, relaxing, and safe. The property was easy to find and in a gated community. We had no problems entering or exiting when needed. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Plenty of space for the 7 of us staying. Our kids enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding in the lagoon. We didn't cook any meals in the condo but did notice there were plenty of pots and pans and utensils to do so if we wanted. The beds were comfortable, and the condo was quiet at night, no outside noises keeping you up. The a/c worked great, especially when it was 90+ degrees outside!!

Great Escape

This is a 3rd time staying at Kawama. The town houses do not disappoint. This unit is perfect for adults as well our teenagers. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and do their own thing. The added perk of kayaks, paddle board, and golf cart for our use is a plus. The house was clean and well stocked with the basic necessities. The owner was exceptionally accommodating and quick to respond to requests and questions. We would definitely stay here again if available during our next trip to the Keys!

Amazing location

Overall, great location and comfortable surroundings. The community pools were exceptionally warm and the lagoon was really nice for kayaking and paddleboarding. (Toys supplied by owners were awesome!) The condo itself was spacious and met the needs of my family--2 kids, 2 parents, and my mother (70+). It was missing a few things that we were surprised by--couldnt find a dustpan and the vacuum was not functioning. The golf cart had a flat tire and was unusable the duration of our 4 night stay. I do undersand things happen, but it was disappointing. There were no dishrags or washcloths, but found everything else we expected to find. Communication from the host was efficient, and as expected. Overall, would stay here again.

Family Wedding in Key Largo

Went to Key Largo for a family wedding, instead of 3 hotel rooms we stayed here in Kawama, it was perfect. Everything was exactly as described. Would choose it again.

Weekend Getaway

We had a great stay here for a long weekend. Everything was exactly how it was described. The golf cart was nice to have to ride around the property. Would recommend staying here. Jarrett was great communicating with for any questions we had.

Great place to stay

This was an awesome place to stay for my family. We had a great time. Place was nice and clean and there was enough room for my big family. My only complaint was it was hard to know where everything was located at the complex. I think a general map would be a great asset to this property as it offers a lot, but we just had to ask several different people about the complex. Overall, we had a great time and I'd stay again. Oh, and for any older people there is a lot of stairs and one small bedroom on the first floor. The other 2 rooms were great sizes but on the 3rd floor. Just a heads up for people who have trouble with stairs.

Relaxing Trip

My husband and I along with our 3 grown kids spent 3 days here. A beautiful townhouse with plenty of room to spread out. the home was well equipt with Kitchen supplies. Had a great time, If I had to recommend one thing I would suggest the owner supply tennis or pickleball racquets when advertising tennis courts. Jarrett is super quick in responding to all communications!! I would definitely recommend

We chose this property because of all that the community had to offer. With multiple pools, a private beach, marina, playground, tennis courts and a lagoon There really aren't any other communities that have all of the amenities in the Key Largo area. The ideal boating location and in house boat parking and launching ramp are really the icing on the cake.
