This condo, renovated in November 2022, has it all: just steps to the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, Tybee Pier and Pavilion, and the Marine Science Center. A bright, open interior greets guests with new decor and modern essentials, including central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, a hair dryer, and WiFi throughout. The contemporary, full kitchen is all new and well-equipped with major appliances and utensils to accommodate home cooking. A built-in breakfast bar offers seating along with a formal dining table. You'll be able to hear the ocean calling and catch peek-a-boo ocean over morning coffee on the private balcony. You'll find a smart TV in the primary bedroom and the living area, and there are also nostalgic children's games perfect for younger guests or throwback fun.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great place for a family vacation

The home was beautiful. Everything was exceptionally clean. Everything you need for a stay is provided. The beach is only a few steps away. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it for someone else’s beach vacation.

Cute and close to beach!

Set up of home was cute. It is a little outdated. Air was wonderful. Sitting on the porch was comfortable and peaceful Very close to beach. When walking in, It did smell of water that had been sitting or a musty smell not sure where it was actually coming from. Thru out the whole weekend coming and going to beach etc door only locked twice. We would think it locked and would come back and not be locked we got lucky as far as nothing gone but was an issue! Would lock from inside but no way to lock on outside.

Teacher trip

Nice place

We loved the location and the space. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. Like the worst. There was some gunk on one of the pillows that appeared to be earwax and it was really gross. Everything else was nice. Very close walk to beach and the shops and restaurants.

bring extra towels and wash cloths clean great location easy check in easy parking queen mattress doesn’t sleep well. bring own k cups or coffee bring skillets and big pots if needed bring own soap and shampoo

Loved the location!

So close to everything — shops, restaurants, bars…and because it was the holiday weekend, we were literally steps away from the holiday market and tree lighting! Great place, super comfy, and we would love to stay there again.

Gem Right Off the Beach

The place was clean and very nicely decorated! The deck was wonderful to sit and have coffee on in the morning. The location was great with a quick walk to the beach and a couple blocks to restaurants and stores. Grocery close by. Perfect spot for a girl’s weekend!

Tybee coastal condo

Nice place. Nothing to wash dishes with, no sponge or dish towel. No hot mats gloves to take hot items out of oven. I called to have these brought to me but received nothing, even after they said they were on the way.

Good location, nice but not great

This place could be awesome but is just kind of ok. Location is fantastic. Short walk to the beach. Short walk to many shops and places to get food, including bars. The space is ok, but it's like a trip back in time. Definitely could use some upgrades. Fridge is old, has some rust spots, including in the ice maker. Odor in fridge. Decor is dated. Wire hangers in the closet. router on the floor. Tiny TV in the main bedroom, no TV in the 2nd bedroom. Drawer handle missing in 2nd bedroom. It was actually in the drawer with a broken outlet cover that needs replaced. Balcony furniture is great but looks dirty. When you walk up, screen on the window is all torn. A lot of this is pretty minor, but makes a huge difference. Furniture was comfortable, beds were fine. Plenty of kitchenware. Would I stay again? Sure, but I would definitely look elsewhere first. I mean, it's over $500/night with fees.

Perfect location

Perfect for beach goers

We loved how close we were to the beach and the ease to walk back and forth. It’s also walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The place was clean and kitchen equipped with supplies. The bedding was very dated but the beds were very comfortable. I wish the patio furniture was well maintained. It was very dirty and could not be sat on. The listing said there were beach towels and hair dryer which were not present and disappointing. Wish there were also more large bath towels—at least 2 per guest would’ve been great. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Tybee was disappointing, condo surprisingly lacking for price

The condo was old and the beds uncomfortable. At the complex, someone vomited in the garages and it was left there all weekend and we had to pass it each time we left. We won’t be returning to Tybee.
