Overall our stay was good. Only complaint is the room could use some major upgrades. I know the area was hit with a hurricane last year but a lot of the neighboring units were pretty much already fixed up. The floor had a huge crack in it, the sliding door in the living room is very hard to open, the carpet needs replaced or cleaned badly. The shower nozzle in the second bedroom is broke and comes off if you barely touch it. The porch light was blew so we had to replace it ourselves. The remote batteries were dead to the TV in the living room. Could use with a paint job as well as a lot of the paint is chipping or just dirty looking. Just a few simple things here and there that just need updating or fixed. I really enjoy the location and room especially since we stayed here previously a few years ago. It used to have a washer and dryer in the garage but no longer has which is kind of inconvenient but we made do and found a laundry mat near by.

Great location- so, so property

Fantastic location, easy check in and check out. Beds are comfortable. Property could use some TLC (lots of water comes in through the top of the patio doors during the heavy rain that we had to clean up), guest bath toilet has been "glued" back together, etc. It also could stand to have the owners "inventory" it. There is barely anything in the kitchen (no tea spoons, the only spatula has the handle broke off so is half a spatula, horrible pans, the built in microwave is broken and the new one on the counter was too small to even pop a bag of popcorn, etc). Almost all of the beach items are unusable, beach chairs are broken and if it's not broken it leaves rust stains on everything. We did buy a few new things that we left there. I know these items are not required but we rent properties in Florida twice a year and rarely have to go purchase things like this, which is a nice bonus when flying and we can not bring or take large items back with us. Also the two balconies are a great feature but the one off the master bedroom is completely empty, which makes it pretty unusable. Some seating up there would be a nice addition.

Other than location this rental was lacking

We loved being steps away from beach and the pool had intercostal views but rental is very old, outdated, and in need of remodeling and a good cleaning. The floors were filthy and the dishes, utensils and cups we tried to use still had remnants of food from the last renters.

Beach Escape

Location was great. Close to beach, pool, trolley, restaurants and the food mart. The beach chairs, towels, wagon, washer and dryer was an added bonus. Beds were very comfortable and having soap, shampoo & conditioner, laundry soap, dishwasher soap was so nice.

Great location

Short walk to the beach. The pool is beautiful, a little cooler than I hoped for, but still jumped in a number of times. The trolley stop is right by the condo and we took it down to Treasure Island. There is an app that you can use to get a discounted rate. There are many beach items available in the garage including chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. There is plenty of space for everyone. Having a bathroom in both bedrooms was really convenient, along with a half bath on the main floor. It is decorated as shown and it is so cute! The condo washer did not work and we were told it would be fixed at the start of the stay. It was not fixed and we were given a small discount. There was no toaster, oven mitt, or kitchen towels. After multiple phone calls, the manager did bring us all new. I prefer having a local contact number when staying at rentals Overall, this is a beautiful condo and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay. Everything about the location was great. Close to the beach access and centrally located to attractions and food. The only problem was the cleanliness of the tile floors. Our 10 month old was filthy from her knees to her feet after about 30 seconds of crawling on the floor. Other than that, the rest of the condo was clean. Note: elderly or physically challenged people might have problems with the stairs. The first floor is a garage that is only for storage. There is a flight of stairs to reach the living area and another flight of stairs to reach the bedrooms.

Perfect!

This place was perfect for our week stay in Indian Shores. It’s not even a 5 minute walk to the beach and they provided everything you’d need to take on the beach with you. It has a super cute beachy feel to the place which makes it that much more relaxing. My family and I loved it and hope to rent it again sometime in the near future when we plan our trip back!

Perfect location

Nice house with everything you need !!

We stayed there with our kids at this property and we could not have asked for more. They have thought about every single thing you need for your vacation. Right from the fully equipped kitchen to the beach chairs and umbrellas and sand toys and the list can go on and on.. I really wish all the rental properties think like this.. like putting the customers’ all small needs in mind. One of the best experience so far!!!

Great Location

My family with three teenagers enjoyed our stay at Indian Shores. You can not find a better location for the price. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the several restaurants, stores and ice cream shops within walking distance. My teenagers also enjoyed a few days by the pool. Indian shores had lots of extra beach supplies in the garage including extra towels! Thanks again for everything! Highly recommended to anyone.

A Great escape!

Our family of 4 loved this condo & LOVED the area. The area: It was our first time staying in this area of the Gulf. Indian Rocks Beach was perfect for us. We were able to walk to multiple restaurants (be sure to try Aloha Dude, LuLu’s, and DJ’s clam shack), the beach access is just diagonal from the condo entrance (with many public entrances close by), and overall the whole area was just the right “speed” for us. We drove over to Clearwater one day for lunch and to enjoy the aquarium(very great experience) and the traffic was 10x as busy. We enjoyed walks everyday on the beach and loved that there were not many large condos and ZERO hotels in this area. The condo: Perfect size with room to spare. The basement garage can’t be parked in (as posted In the add) but the extra room to put things, the washer and dryer, extra mini fridge, and beach equipment galore was soooo helpful. It was nice being able to come in from the pool or beach and leave all of our sandy wet stuff down there. The middle level has a comfortable couch (pull out sofa) , a tv with cable and Roku, a couple of games and a puzzle we enjoyed, a functional kitchen with everything you need. The patio had a table and 4 comfortable chairs (side note-we had to move it all away from the edge because our toddler did climb onto the table and could have easily climbed over the railing so be aware!). All of the beach themed decorations were attractive, calming, and not over the top ( sorry to the cleaners- we tucked a few decorations into drawers and cabinets to get them out of reach of the toddler and I just remembered we forgot to pull them back out!). Upstairs, both bedrooms were a good size with large dressers and l closets. Both closets had a twin mattress in them! We only found one extra set of sheets so I’m not sure what people would use on the pull out sofa but I also didn’t look anywhere other than the two closets for them. We used one twin mattress for our toddler instead of the blow up mattress we brought with us. My 12 YO daughter LOVED having her own space and the “blue room” was great for her with the larger TV and the fact that the curtains darkened the room fairly well. Our room, the “coral room” had the larger bathroom counter, a smaller TV which we didn’t use(we did have to move it off of the small table it was on by the door over to the dresser to remove it from the toddler’s reach), and good sized balcony. Side note, the balcony did not have any furniture and I would have loved to have a few chairs out there . Also, the room did not get as dark as the “blue room” which was hard for the toddler’s nap. Props to the cleaning crew- I left my wedding band set!! I received a call a few hours after we got back home that the cleaning crew has turned it in. I haven’t received it yet, but the process has been simple so far with Vacasa. Fingers crossed.

Stay in Indian Shores

Townhome close to everything. This unit was situated in a nice quiet spot, which is crucial to us for a good nights sleep. Condo was clean, but carpet should be replaced. Overall our stay was pleasant.

Great location and nice place

Property was exactly as listed. It was a quiet community which was nice. Unit was very clean and up to date. Right across from the beach too. We'll definitely be back.
