Enjoy and Stay offers you this bright, modern, functional, and air-conditioned apartment on the 4th floor of a building (no elevator).
It consists of an equipped open kitchen with a bar and two stools, a living room with TV, fiber Wi-Fi internet, one bedroom, and one bathroom with shower.
The building overlooks Rue du Commandant André, a central street with restaurants and shops, a stone's throw from Rue d'Antibes, the famous Croisette, and the train station. The Gray d'Albion paid parking lot is also nearby. You will be only 8 minutes from the Palais des Festivals.
The location is ideal for exploring Cannes on foot and enjoying its many attractions: beaches, sunshine, festivals, conferences, shopping, and more.
Bathroom with towel dryer, shower with thermostatic tap, powerful hair dryer, large hot water tank.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a 2-burner induction hob, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, a kettle, and a Nespresso machine.

When it comes to using cable and the Apple TV it gets tricky, but is manageable:
First identify the remote controls
- Long remote, the one for the TV
- The medium one with a little blue button with a house on it is for the cable
- The Apple TV remote, small metallic one
1/ To watch Cable
Switch the TV on, with the long remote and press source until HDMI 1 appears.
Then switch remote to the one with the blue house on it, switch it on
Then press the blue home
Set on TV
Press OK
Then navigate channels with the arrows
That's it!
2/ Apple TV
Switch the TV on, with the tall remote and press source until HDMI 4 appears.
Grab the small remote and press the center button to switch the Apple TV on
From there you can watch Netflix, please do not buy any movies on iTunes or you'll be charged.
Listen to your music connecting on the Apple TV
