Close to the paths leading to the beach and Suscinio Castle, this house comprises, on the ground floor: an entrance hall, a living room with a TV and fireplace insert, a lounge with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen area (microwave, oven, dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob, filter coffee maker), a utility room (refrigerator with freezer compartment and drawers, washing machine), and a toilet. There is a first bedroom (one double bed) with a wardrobe (hanging space and shelves), a second bedroom (one double bed) with a wardrobe (hanging space and shelves), and a shower room.
Upstairs (via a spiral staircase): a mezzanine (two single beds) with a wardrobe (hanging space and shelves). The skylight above the stairs leading to the mezzanine does not have a blackout blind.
A large, enclosed garden of approximately 2000 mÂČ with a heated swimming pool and garden furniture is provided. PETS: YES (2 maximum)
End-of-stay cleaning included in the price.
To be paid one month before arrival: tourist tax (amount to be determined based on the number of people) and a âŹ1000 security deposit.
