Cocoonr agency offers this 39 mÂČ house in Saint-RaphaĂ«l, 500 m from the beach, with swimming pool, to rent for up to 5 people.

It comprises a 14 mÂČ living room, a fitted kitchen, beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a 10 mÂČ garden. Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The split-level accommodation is as follows:
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: single bed (90x200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can form a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with bath

Ground floor:
- 14 mÂČ living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- Kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, fridge with freezer, etc.
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- An open-air swimming pool (not heated and shared with the residence), 10x12 m, open from 01 June to 30 September between 9am and 8pm. Access is by code and wristbands. You will be responsible for replacing any lost wristbands.
- An enclosed, private, south-facing garden (10 mÂČ) with sea views.
- An 8 mÂČ south-facing covered terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Boulouris, in the commune of Saint-Raphaël, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Hiking or mountain biking in the Massif de l'Estérel
- La Garde Vieille beach just 500 m away
- Water sports (jet skiing, buoys, parasailing, diving...)
- Kayak or paddle trips along the calanques (rocky inlets)
- Visit to the town of Saint-Raphaël
- Cannes or Nice are around 1 hour away by car
- The hinterland is also very accessible: villages such as Grasse, Fayence and Seillans are less than an hour away by car.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage (one space for a standard-sized vehicle). The residence also has free, signposted public car parks.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Boulouris sur Mer, about 3 km away, with regular trains to Cannes, Nice and Monaco.
- Nearest airport: Nice CĂŽte d'Azur airport, around 70 km away
- In high season, there are shuttle buses from Agay to Saint-Tropez.
