Where else can you enjoy sunshine every day, a private, heated large pool, shopping in luxury stores and eating in the finest restaurants??? HERE! In Phoenix in this central air house, with an amazing pool, seating under a vine shaded entrance with outdoor games and great indoor open living space.
OUTSIDE: There is no better way to enjoy the Phoenix sunny weather than to experience it in YOUR OWN PRIVATE RESORT, just a SHORT WALK to Fashion Square Mall's restaurants, shops and entertainment. This home's 6 foot surrounding bushes and walls provide PRIVACY to a stunning, gated POOL (extra fee per night for heat), GRASSY AREAS around the house and a vine canopy travertine entryway. With an outdoor dining table with 6 chairs, 4 pool lounge recliners, and extra chairs, you might never spend any time in the house!
INSIDE: Open the large double doors, you will be stunned by the LUXURIOUS interior: all onto ONE LEVEL, open floor plan, with a warm and homey feel, FREE WIFI, a corner desk that looks onto the pool, and a FULL KITCHEN. A inside shuffle board under an electric fireplace separates two living spaces. Both sofas have comfy pillows, lounge extensions and throws to snuggle with. The massive wood dining room table and a glass round table for card games or a cup of tea, complete the options for the whole family to relax, game and enjoy eachother's company.
The DESK area is strategically placed to view the pool area and is shaded by the vine canopy; excellent, FREE WIFI will allow the whole family to work remotely or attend school, if you can concentrate with that view!
The large Master has King bed with 2 comfortable armchairs for reading a book or putting on socks and a walk in closet. A Smart TV faces the bed and there is access to a quiet side deck for sunbathing. The Master bath has double glass sinks and a large, tiled shower. The other 2 bedrooms have a Queen beds and share a large bathroom in the middle of the house with a shower/tub. The front bedroom has a Smart TV as well and access through a side door to seating under the vine canopy entryway.
Most importantly, this house has an EXCEPTIONAL FEEL to it through and through: from the outdoor pool, to the vined canopy entryway shading the open, bright and cozy interior, you will take a deep breath and know that you have arrived at the perfect vacation resort!
ACTIVITIES: Open the side double doors for a cross breeze and access to the propane BBQ area. There is a large, real grassy area (very unusual in Phoenix!) under the grapefruit tree (help yourselves) where outside games of badminton, bocce, bean toss can be played. The outside a dining room table offers yet another opportunity to enjoy the wonderful sunshine and comfortable nightly temperatures while dining under the stars. Any time of the day is a good time for a pool volley ball game? If you want to hang inside, shuffle board and board games will keep you occupied or challenge a family member to a ping-pong game in the garage. There is so much to do at this resort home!
