We really enjoyed our stay. The room was really nice and the view from the balcony (and inside the room) was amazing!

Perfect location

The condo was beautiful and we had everything we needed. It was awesome walking right out to the beach and coming back if we needed anything without disturbing our beach visit. Lots of food and activities close by. Definitely a great vacation!

Grandview East

Enjoyed the location because we stayed near here last year.The floors were nasty and you had to wear shoes or the bottom of your feet were black so I would think had not been cleaned in a while. The gate to get out to the beach didn’t work either.

Room 401

Very roomy for 6 adults and two children ages 6 and 3. Some small issues. The queen room had ants and the king rooms need new mattresses. The Keurig didn’t work. The blinds in the living area were missing several strips so you could see in the room at night from the beach. Despite these issues we still had a great vacation.

Great condo and great views, but horrible mattresses

We had a wonderful time and overall everything was great. Any questions we had were answered promptly and the kitchen was well stocked. You couldn’t beat the view at all. My only suggestion would be that they need to change out the mattresses. The mattresses were absolutely horrible in the master bedroom and in the front bedroom. They are so worn down. It feels like you’re sleeping on wood. It seemed that they added mattress covers to give the bed more padding which did not work.

Disappointed

I’ll start with the goods since they weren’t many to speak of…..location to food and attractions was good, beach access was nice, and never once waited on an elevator….now for the not so goods….found ants in the condo our first night, my daughter was actually woken with them crawling on her face the first night we stayed so we called management who assured me they would have someone out to spray asap but no one ever showed and the ants continued spread throughout other parts of the condo, also the floors were terribly dirty from not only sand, but you had wear some type of foot wear after a shower or your feet would be black…..furniture was dated and dirty, the fitted sheets didn’t even fit the mattresses correctly…..would not stay here again for no amount of money nor recommend this place

Seventh Eight birthday bash.

Clean and quiet beautiful decorated place. Always feel safe. Easy access in parking area. This is our second stay with you. Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.
