Chalet Godille Prestige. A magnificent, typical mountain chalet for 17 to 18 people. Approximately 270 mÂČ on 3 levels. Detached chalet with a large surrounding garden, facing south and west. Several balconies overlooking the valley and mountains. A beautiful view of the Ubaye Valley and Faucon de Barcelonnette. Hotel-style service with beds made upon arrival. Towels are not provided. Wi-Fi access.
Located in the Golden Triangle. Pra Loup 15 minutes away, Le Sauze 8 minutes away, and Sainte Anne 30 minutes away.

* ENTRANCE: An entrance hall with a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, small refrigerator). On the ground floor, you have access to three bedrooms and a bathroom as follows:

*BEDROOM 2: double bed (160x200cm) with duvet and square pillows, access to the garden via French doors.

A staircase leads to the first floor, which comprises:
*LARGE LIVING ROOM with sitting area. Sofas, armchairs, open fireplace, television
*DINING AREA with a large wooden table and comfortable chairs
*Large, high-quality, custom-designed OPEN-PLAN KITCHEN. Fully equipped with induction hob, extractor hood, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, food processor, microwave, and dishwasher.
*BEDROOM 4: Single bed (120x190cm), duvet and pillow, desk, changing table.
*BEDROOM 5: Double bed (160x200cm), duvet and square pillows, wardrobe, access to the balcony.
*BATHROOM in Provençal style with bathtub, single sink, and storage.

*HALL with futon and artwork overlooking the cathedral-ceilinged living room.

The chalet is situated in the middle of a large plot. Several balconies and terraces offer opportunities to enjoy time with family and friends. Garden furniture is provided, and parking spaces are available in front of the chalet and at the bottom of the driveway. There is also a storage area for bicycles.
