Splash House is an 8 bed/ 8bath 6000 sf home that sleeps 24 comfortably. It is in the prestigious Twin Cove Marina neighborhood that boasts a custom in-ground pool! Bring your boat to this newer build home with ample, flat parking for cars, boats, and trailers. There is a deeded slip at Twin Cove Marina for your ease and convenience to enjoy every day on the lake.

This amazing home is less than 10 mins. from I-75 and less than a mile from the marina. In addition to the pool, there is a hot tub, a gas grill, and several deck/ patio areas for dining and entertaining. The lower level has a pool table, arcade game, complete bar (full fridge and dishwasher), and a TV lounge area. The main level has a custom kitchen with Kitchen Aid appliances and gas cooktop. It is an open concept with a gorgeous dining and living area. 6 of the bedrooms have en-suite baths, including the Splash Suite that also has a kitchenette and private entrance from the garage.

This place has it all—- and more!

Our multi-generational family had a blast at the Splash House. The home is just beautiful and perfectly situated for Twin Cove Marina. Absolutely everything we needed was provided and we especially enjoyed the pool and decks.

The perfect Lake Norris retreat

A beautiful, clean and spacious home! Easily accommodated our 4 families with plenty of room to roam. The kitchen was well equipped and you could find pretty much anything you needed in the home that you wouldn’t normally expect. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable and the rec room with pool table and arcade machine was a hit with the kids! Ann was for very accommodating and quickly responded to any questions we had. We would definitely plan another trip at this beautiful home!

Family Reunion

12 adults + 8 kids (ages 1 to 10) from Pennsylvania & Missouri needed a ‘midway’ place to connect. This was perfect! Plenty of room for all, plus the little extras: linens & towels, pool towels, bathroom soaps, shampoo & conditioner, coffee pods. Also a great supply of both inside and outside dishes & cups. We spent so much time in and around the pool, which seemed designed just for our needs!

Fantastic House

We’ve rented houses before for beach vacations. This was our first experience with a Vrbo and a lake vacation. Hands down, the best rental ever. The house was perfect. Lots of space, beautiful decor, fully stocked with every amenity you could think of, plus it was immaculate (I am particular, I even checked for dust in the corners, and not a leftover crumb in the kitchen). The owners, the Trulleys, answered every question and concern with speed and accuracy. Ann was so nice. One evening, there was a power outage and we were notified immediately. The kids enjoyed the beautiful pool. The spacious deck was utilized by all. Being early in the season, the lake wasn’t crowded and we took advantage of it. We rented a pontoon boat and had the best time by tubing and just plain enjoying the beautiful lake. We’re positive that we will doing another lake vacation in the future.

Family Vacation

The property was everything we hoped for and even more. The owners really paid attention to details and were excellent communicators. All rooms were clean, the kitchen had plenty of plates, cups, pots, pans, etc. There were plenty of garbage bags and little touches that were greatly appreciated (i.e. ice maker/ ice bags, nice washer and dryer). Signs everywhere to explain house rules. The pool was beautiful and very private! I have rented many homes across the country and this was as nice as well appointed as anything I've rented.

Amazing!!

I can't recommend this place enough! It was absolutely the perfect place for our family (8 adults, 4 kids: age 3-13) to enjoy a long weekend together! The house was clean and had literally anything and everything we could need or want. It was only 3 minutes from the marina so we had a perfect day on the lake and came home to make a fire in the pit for s'mores! The kids absolutely adored the bunk beds downstairs and we ate outside on the deck every day to enjoy the incredible surroundings. Literally everyone wished we could stay longer!

Gorgeous Home!

This is a beautiful home that serve our family exceptionally well for the Thanksgiving holiday! We had fun cooking, playing games and enjoying the view of the mountains... We had a group of 18 and it was a plenty of room for everyone. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a spacious place to create memories!

Amazing Place

This house is amazing and our entire group of 17 people agreed that is the perfect setup for a large group. Ann was excellent to work with and very responsive with any questions we had. We have to say this house and area was ecstatically enjoyable! The house was immaculate! Perfect for our family of 12. Plenty of space and rooms to spread out. We brought our boat, and our ATVs. The house came equipped with a boat slip for us to keep the boat at for the week. Just had to roll down the hill a quarter mile and we were there. We brought our golf cart because there is golf cart parking at the marina. The Cumberland WMA Property was located just a few miles away and has 170 plus miles of riding trails, hunting, fishing and plenty of outdoor activities. We made friends with a park ranger who gave us the paths and roads to navigate to all trails, No Trailering needed after arrival till departure. There are ATV approved roads and side by sides are tagged to ride on roads. House equipped appropriately for all cooking living needs! And plenty of rainy day games in house! The pool was absolutely perfect as our trip week was very hot and humid! It gave us the perfect cooling off spot and kids play. The Truelly’s have thought of pretty much everything and are perfectly supportive hosts! Thank you so much for your hospitality and opening of your house to us! We pray we did enough to help the cleaning staff spin the house for the next guest which I understand is you all! I can assure we will be back renting this property again as long as it remains as such! It’s a beautiful house and I would think it’s hard to leave this house as the homeowner!

We had a wonderful stay at the Splash House. The house is as beautiful as it is big. Ann was the best to work with! When planning a stay for a large group, I ask a lot of questions and Ann was always quick to respond, and very informative. All of us enjoyed our time staying here, and hope to return in the future

The perfect accommodations for our family

This house has EVERYTHING. The owners are amazing and so responsive. The house was perfectly clean with every ammenity you could ever need for a family vacation. We had every age range with us from 66, to 30, to 8 years old to 4 month olds and it was perfect for everyone! We will definitely be returning

Great property for our 5 families. The pool was a must for us and filled our need. Plenty of space for numerous simultaneous conversation. Everyone had their separate bedroom/bathroom with the kids laying claim to the basement. The lake is not far and a lot of fun with boat and jet skis.

Loved this place!

I have stayed at VRBOs multiple times and this property was absolutely the best. It is as described (actually better). The owner must be a chef because everything I needed was there in preparing meals. I really appreciated the little extras including a welcome gift, quality linens, kid friendly plates/cups, etc. We took advantage of the Lake (only .5 miles down the road) and had such a great time on the pontoon/speed boat tubing. There is evening entertainment outside at the Marina bar area. Every detail was managed in regard to the pool/hot tub. Only suggestion I have is to somehow build a railing/fencing around the stairs that goes from the upper deck to the pool - very dangerous for little ones even with close supervision. The whole family was grateful to have their own on suite bathroom- makes a huge difference. Ann (the owner) was very responsive. If you question if this is worth it- absolutely!

Great house

This is a beautiful, spacious house. We were a family of 10 adults. Plenty of room to spread out. We could gather at several spots, both inside and out. Or there were numerous niches where one could escape the group to read or just take a quick nap. The house was spotlessly clean. Ann has done such a good job of decorating that it just has a very homey feel. The kitchen was large enough for all to scavenge for a meal or snack. It had more than just the necessary utensils and gadgets. Ann thought of everything to make cooking a breeze. It helped to have 2 refrigerators and a freezer. The bed linens and towels were first rate. It had a high end bed & breakfast feel. There were plenty of nice toiletries to make the stay complete. We spent many hours in the hot tub and lounging around the pool. Both were cleaned either before we arrived or during our stay. There’s a large table on the deck where we enjoyed many meals and played games. Chairs and lounges were scattered around the pool and on the deck. All of the pluses are too many to list. Suffice it to say that the whole family was impressed with the house and the attention to detail.
