This 3-bed, 2-bath layout has been designed to travel with friends or family in mind, with a connecting studio suite to provide privacy for guests who want to be together, but with the ability to retreat in their own space. Regardless which side of the home you find yourself, you can cozy up in front of two fireplaces. The breezeway is the perfect spot to gather around the expansive table and enjoy food from local restaurants and have meaningful conversations.
The clean structure perfectly blends high-end decor and hotel-like atmosphere for each room, including personal touches of artwork designed by the owner, JASPACE. Located within a private subdivision, IROX™ ONE, is nestled between the trees at the top of three acres. A quiet location, makes for a peaceful retreat to relax and explore the property. Mild road noise may be heard periodically.

If you decide to rent a car we recommend an SUV, but not required,we use a car to access the property.We also recommend the AVL Ride share app or Lyft.
