Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. SharkyFin’s II is a comfy 3 bedroom 2 bath home that sleeps 9 guests. This home is located on the Bolivar Peninsula, in the quiet area of Gilchrist. Along with the "million dollar view" of the Gulf of Mexico, there is fantastic fishing right from the water's edge directly in front of the house, commonly bringing in Redfish, Speckle Trout and Flounder, as well the providing the excitement and common salt water fishing experience of not knowing what is on the end of the line, until it is reeled in. This beachfront home is sure to be a favorite with its open concept living, dining and kitchen area great for entertaining or just relaxing with the family. This home has all the comforts of home including granite counter tops, large breakfast bar, and comfortable furnishings. The kids are sure to love the bunk room with trundle. You can enjoy sitting and relaxing on the deck with your favorite beverage, while enjoying the amazing beach view. Plan to witness, and perhaps photograph the spectacular sunrises and sunsets each day. There is always something different to see... And best yet..., when you are ready for some on the beach time, the sand and surf are just a few steps away...This is a great home for spending time together and disconnecting from the world. There is no internet, so bring a hot spot if internet is a must have.

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
Beauty bar per bath
Trial shampoo/conditioner per full bath

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
