Direct Lake View: 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom

This 1,554 sq ft modern condo was finished in 2022 with entirely brand-new furnishings. It is in the Bridges Bay Resort, Stillwater Complex #312. The Bridges has 4 outdoor pools, a swim-up bar, 6 passes included to the indoor/outdoor waterpark, zipline, outdoor children's play station, workout center, basketball & sand volleyball courts, and stocked fishing pond. Fishermen welcome.

***NOTE: Off Season (day after Labor Day until Friday before Memorial Day) waterpark and pool hours are limited:

Bridges offers some availability for rental dock access. There is also a public boat ramp just up the street.

Easy access to Arnolds Park & lively downtown area: many bars and restaurants within easy access via car, boat, or walking. Watercrafts available for rent at various locations around the lake.

Loved the condo and awesome view! Watched the fireworks from the deck. Our stay was over the 4th of July so parking was a problem. It would have been great if each unit had several assigned parking spaces.

Loved the area and the facilities. The place was just the right size for our family and met all our needs. Only negative was waterparks closing on Thursday due to heat...that's why you go to waterparks.

A Great Lake experience

This is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. Love the direct view of the lake and great balcony. 3 king beds are very comfortable. You will have all the amenities in the modern kitchen. Walking access to 2 great lakeview restaurants and the waterpark is a big plus. Then there is the pool right next to your building that makes the walk unnecessary, if you choose. It makes your lake getaway a real treat.

Quick Family Get-Away

We spent 3 days at this property for a quick summer getaway with grandparents and our daughter. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed Arnold's Park and the property. Very new and clean, wonderful accommodations. The location was also super convenient to various dining, the amusement park and boat rentals. The on-site restaurants were great and the waterpark fun for littles. The fitness center was a bit run down, but good enough for a quick workout. The host was great - incredibly prompt and responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Stillwater stay

Overall great stay! Very clean, kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook some big family meals with enough plates and cups also. Only cons were they were not any hooks to hang wet towels, swimsuits etc. for being a lake condo you would think there would be some. Very minor con but the towels are super small and we aren’t very big people. The parking and unloading area was not designed well but that has nothing to do with the owners of the unit. Okoboji is a great place and the check in process was great!

Lovely and Spacious

Our stay was wonderful. It was a little family getaway and the location and spaciousness of the condo was perfect for us. Overall 10 out of 10! Would recommend and stay there again. It was very well stocked (I wish it had a hair dryer but that was just an oversight on my part when packing). A few simple items that could use some attention are: 1) the outdoor patio. I realize that spiders love lakes, but the patio could use some love. It was extremely overrun with spiderwebs and the glass railing/deck was very dirty. My children did not want to spend anytime out on the patio due to this. 2) the shower curtain (in the master) just needs to be brought down a touch. it is super high and causes water to run down and out of the shower area, soaking the floor. I tried to adjust it myself but didnt want to damage it. 3)The lock for the main door into the building was not functioning while we were there. For safety I wish this was fixed. Other than those small things, it was perfection! The bedding is super nice and soft. There are LOTS of towels available and I loved that there was a usable washer and dryer. Great communication with the host!

Love the balcony, smart TV, recliners, kitchen area, large washer and dryers. Love how dark the back bedrooms are which helps sleeping in. The host is responsive to questions/items to be addressed. Guests are hard on the property unfortunately; so, the towel bar was broken and bleach ruined the towels. The beds are high; so, if you have elderly; they may need help. Also, there are no bars in the bathroom and you can’t add handles in the shower.

A nice stay

The beds were amazing, but overall the setup lacked the charm of a lived-in residence. Small things like the couches and lamps in multiple rooms not being plugged in (probably cleaning staff,) to dead bugs smashed onto a wall, holes in a wall from a missing doorstop, towel racks almost falling off the wall, only 6 towels being provided total for a condo that boasts sleeping up to 8, and the flimsiest and moldiest shower curtain liner ever, contributed to an overall mid-feeling about the residence. The view of the lake is lovely, but this may not be the unit/building for you if you have mobility issues. The close-in parking is mostly reserved for those with handicapped permits. I believe there were 2 non-handicapped stalls nearby, the rest involved walking a short distance with a hill (as access to the assigned garage near the entrance door was not a privilege that came with rental.) Would I stay again, maybe? But I would go in with the knowledge and expectations that it feels more sterile than homey and maybe bring your own towels?
