This lovely Forth floor large studio condo boasts beautiful ocean views. Step outside and enjoy the view on your private balcony as you spot dolphins in the distance and feel the ocean breeze all around you. The Beach and pool are just steps away from your door.

The Space:
You will feel right at home in this tastefully decorated beach front get away. This suite includes everything you need to make your vacation one you will not soon forget. We provide all the essentials including our signature Symphony Beach Towels, chairs, and umbrellas to enjoy on the beautiful white sands of the beach or relaxing poolside that overlooks the calming waves of the ocean.

Standard room items include a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island featuring solid surface counter tops, Keurig Coffee Maker with a welcoming starter supply of select choice coffee, AC/heat, Cable TV and standard internet hotspots are available.

Building features include a quiet, safe and secure setting with a heated pool, on-site laundry facility, on-site security, vending machines, elevator and covered parking.

What sets us apart is our commitment to exceptional guest service. Our on-site house keeping, maintenance, and front desk team is here to assist you with any of your vacation needs.

The Neighborhood:
Conveniently located close to I-95, and just a few miles to The Worlds Most Famous Beach, Daytona Beach, Florida. Be sure to stop by the Daytona International Speedway, home of the famous Daytona 500! Tomoka State Park located on the Tomoka River with a variety of water activities is just minutes away. The new Tanger Outlet Mall is 10 miles south, where you can spend the day shopping. Gamble Rogers Memorial State Recreation Area At Flagler Beach is another must if you enjoy the outdoors. Kennedy Space Center is a short drive south on I-95 or enjoy Florida’s World Class Attractions in the Orlando area, just an hour and a half east on I-4.

Great place

Enjoyed our stay. Good location. Able to walk to the putt putt course and plenty of local bars and eating places. So much to do around this area. Small pool but nice area.

Great weekend condo

Great 2 room, combo liv/bedrm stay. The refrigerator was not working and the property manager was very responsive and expedited a new unit although it was a holiday weekend. The owner and manager adjusted our rental amount due to the non working frig. Great location on the beach. Awesome to have beach towels and access to beach chairs. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the room and appliances. Floor in the kitchen was not very clean near baseboards, oven was very dirty and the back of the microwave wasn’t clean. It would have been nice if the curtain panels were not broken or had a full coverage curtain and if there had been a hair dryer. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Good location, clean condo

Location on the beach and within easy walk to restaurants. Pool was small but being right on the beach we didn't use the pool any way. Owner was very responsive, there was an issue with the balcony door, he communicated with us quickly and was able to get someone over to fix it.

11/10 beach is 10 steps from parking lot of condo

This place is an amazing hidden gem, bed vas pillow top and very comfortable, immaculately cleaned and provided new towels daily, you are loaned 2 large beach towels you can choose to purchase if you wish, I would recommend this for an intimate getaway for spouses as it is small and intimate with a 2 person patio. It is studio style so Murphy bed pools down into living room it front of a wall of gorgeous mirrors! Ac was ice cold, and tile step in shower was huge with amazing water pressure. Only down side was I had to find a puppy sitter last minute because they don’t allow pets but everything else made for a much needed RESET with my husband..
