Beach Stay

We had a lovely time here in this place. It was cozy and very clean. Just as it looked in the pictures. The only downfall was the super noisy neighbors above us.

Disappointed

We were very disappointed in this room that the owners called clean. Black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, baseboards were nasty. Paint peeling off the walls near the sliding glass doors that you could hardly get open. Pictures from the on line site were not what they were in person. This place needs a remodel bad!

Great view - needs tender loving care

Beautiful spot to spend my birthday - right on the water and lovely to wake up to the sounds of the ocean each morning. By far, this was the dirtiest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in - filthy shower curtain, old and dirty throw pillows, dirty cabinets where the pulls where, floors filthy in corners and wood rotten and in need of paint, door to patio almost impossible to open, bottom drawer in dishwasher missing a wheel so very difficult to load and use. I wound up needing to wash the dishes and silverware, some were dirty in the cabinets and the silverware drawer was filthy. In my opinion, the view doesn’t make up for the filth. In going back now, I see others have been making these comments for a couple of years so obviously the owners do not care to present a nice place. Very disappointing but I will be MUCH more careful to read ALL the reviews next time.

Misled by reviews

Reviews were glowing about this condo. In fact, it smelled very musty and everything was constantly damp. The floors were so dirty that your feet would get black walking around. Very disappointed.

Anniversary getaway

It is a perfect property for a two person beach stay. They view and location were excellent. My wife and i really enjoyed our stay. All the usual accessories were provided and we have no negative comments.

Amazing ocean view

For second time we were elated with the hospitality of our host, the amazing view of the ocean from the 2nd floor balcony in the mornings and sunsets. Cozy little condo, perfect for a couple, with easy access to great restaurants and other amenities!

Happy Thanksgiving

The condo was great and exactly as described. Roomy and wonderful view. Washer and dryer provided, so no need to go to Laundromat or bring home work to do. The week was over Thanksgiving holiday. There are plenty of wonderful dining choices. For Thanksgiving we went to a calabash all you can eat seafood restaurant. The restaurant was wonderful. Overall it was a great vacation for myself and my husband. Would definitely stay at the condo again. I highly recommend!

Wonderfully close to the beach

Our condo was exactly as the ad stated. The beach was about 100 yards from our room. We would sit on our wonderful balcony and clearly see the beach & ocean. The room was very comfortable and close to restaurants. I would definitely return.

Nice little place

It was perfect for my wife and I to get a quick getaway. Location was great. Close to restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Only downfall was being second floor and the beach having large dunes, made it difficult to actually see the beach from the balcony. All in all, great little place.

First visit to North Myrtle Beach

Our overall first time visit to SC, we truly enjoyed sitting on the ocean front beach balcony, the location very convenient to the beach, a variety of Restaurants, the Food Lion and Walmart’s for your every need, etc. The online listing as one bedroom condo But it really was a Studio condo. Perfect for a couple only! Great vacation beach trip to North Myrtle Beach in SC.

A nice place

It is an older, higher maintenance building and condo (somewhat rustic) expectably clean overall. that could use some TLC here and there, but we really enjoyed our stay. Very nice and comfy furniture, bed, updated appliances, and awesome patio, chairs, and view of the beach and ocean.sunrise. (Always partially shaded) We would stay again if the opportunity arises.

The cutest little place!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the cutest little place for the two of us! It was right on the beach and super close to barefoot landing (where we found the BEST restaurants!). We would definitely stay here again! The beach was amazing too!

Cozy and Simple Beach Stay

Very nice well-maintained condo. Had everything we needed for a carefree week at the beach. The owner was very responsive to any need that came up. The bed was very comfortable and gave us a good night's sleep. The view of the ocean from our balcony was priceless! Just my husband and I came down for some R & R and it was perfect. The beach was not crowded. Parking was wonderful, just under our room; so we could come and go anytime of the day, and we knew we would have a convenient place when we came back. I would definitely recommend this place for a great time at the beach.
