This lovely home is located only 3 minutes from the Galena Territory Owners' Club and comes with six amenity passes allowing you access to the Owners' Club indoor, outdoor, and children’s pools, a state of the art fitness center, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, a game room, free WIFI, etc.

The home is also only a few minutes from the Eagle Ridge Resort & Golf Courses and nearby many of the other activities Galena has to offer such as horseback riding, hiking, wine tours, fishing, skiing, downtown Galena dining and shopping, and more.

The home has 3 levels. The main level includes the primary bedroom with a queen-sized bed and connected bathroom, the kitchen and main living space with lofted ceilings that offer a bright and inviting atmosphere. The dining table seats 6 comfortably with two leaves located on either side of the table to extend the table size to seat 10. The dining area opens to the back deck with seating area. Please note there is an excellent Lakeview in seasons where leaves are not on trees. Galena properties do not have boat access per rules of the private marina, but pontoons and kayaks can be rented through the Marina.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with all utensils and cookware as well as a refrigerator, electric stove top, dishwasher, two coffee makers (Keurig and Coffee Mate), waffle maker, and toaster.

The upper level contains a lofted bedroom with a queen sized bed, a cozy seating area and a private bathroom and shower.

The lower level features the third bedroom with twin bed and bunk bed with a full size bottom and a twin sized top. The lower level also has the third bathroom and shower as well as an additional living room. The lower level living room has a full size futon and full sized pullout couch for additional sleeping space. The is also a fully functioning washer/dryer unit on the lower level.
