Strand, pool, sol och solnedgångar: Gulf View ligger direkt på stranden. Gå från din lägenhet precis vid stranden och vada in i Mexikanska golfen. Ta ett dopp eller lounge vid den uppvärmda poolen reserverad för Gulf View-gäster på väg till stranden eller när du återvänder.

Nicest condo i have stayed in in a long time. Owner had great amenities. Close to some restaurants . If youare a smoker. Dont rent this building. No smoking on the premesis .

Best Rental in AMI

We’ve stayed at several rentals in AMI and local resorts and this one is by far the best! You can’t beat the location and amenities here. Yvette’s place was clean and stocked with anything we could possibly need. The pool was perfect to escape the afternoon heat and the beach was just steps away. We will be back!

The location speaks for itself, and you will not find a better place on the beach centrally located at this price; it just doesn’t exist. This was hands down the most well-appointed vacation condo my family has ever rented. The pots, pans, and cooking utensils matched and were in good condition. The appliances were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The beach gear was all in working order and in great condition, and there were plenty of linens for use inside and at the pool. We received a thoughtful welcome gift of beach gear and sweets that the family loved. Everything in the condo was perfect! Yvette was a pleasure to work with leading up to and during our stay. She created an incredible vacation experience, ensuring all the little details were in place for our family. We would love to rent this condo again. 10/10 does not do this rental justice!

Great property!

So close to the beach, great place to stay. Within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. Property owners were super responsive and quickly fixed a very minor issue that we had. We would 100% stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing stay, treasured memories

This is our 3rd year visiting AMI and this condo. Truly, this is such a special place for us. So many great memories made. From the beautiful sunsets, all day beach fun, walkable restaurants, late night icecream runs and top notch accomodations. Staying here is a blessing and feels like home away from home.

Nice place!

Great place to stay, I would highly recommend it. Great location and having the pool with the beach was amazing. Lots of extras little things in the condo too from toiletries to beach chairs. The host is very friendly and recommended a place to eat. Swordfish grill just over the bridge. Give it a try.

Amazing getaway

This was our second time here and everything was better than we remembered. The owners go above and beyond expectations to make sure that your stay is perfect. We have priced other units in the area and you cannot beat the price when you consider it is beachfront, has a pool and has been renovated recently. Beautiful property

This condo is one of the best beach condos we have ever stayed in. The unit was beautifully decorated and and had every convenience you could possibly think of. The unit was clean and was stocked with everything you could think of. Harry and Yvette were fabulous hosts and were responsive to any requests that we had. We will be back next year and now consider this our beach vacation spot.

A true paradise

This beachfront condo was absolutely perfect in every way. The check in process was smooth. Everything you can possibly need is at your disposal. Yvette and Harry have thought up of everything one May need to make your stay comfortable. The location of the condo couldn’t be better. You’re within walking distance of so many little shops and restaurants. You have the trolley steps away. The view of the gulf is spectacular. We sat in the lanai everyday just to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. The condo has been tastefully updated. The bathrooms and bedrooms are so spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. We even made pizza one night. The beach locker has chairs, canopies and toys for kids. The pool was definitely a big plus. Kids enjoyed the beach and then some pool time. Our stay was perfect and we are looking forward to returning.

Spectacular Sunset

The photos of this condo does not do it justice it is spacious. the details are impeccable Harry and Yvette were constantly communicating to make sure all I needed to start my stay. They start with care items detergent paper towels aluminum foil extra fans and nail files sunblock and more. The primary bed is so comfortable I want to buy mattress for my house. Super OCD cleaned I used the shark vacuum also buying for my house. Location is perfect walk to beach house restaurant bridge street pier just perfect! Free trolley stops are steps away. Amazing to see dolphins and manatees from balcony or back yard beach. I highly recommend. So much more plenty of towels beach chairs noodles etc so much more. BEST place ever.

Perfect Location and Condo

Great location. It was quiet but you are able to walk to the marina for parasailing and dolphin tours. Bridge street shops and restaurants are a 2 minute walk as well. We will be back!
