Denna enhet renoverades helt 2019! Nya soffor, sängkläder, kuddar, ljusarmaturer, färsk färg, inredning och utsida. Uppdateringarna ger enheten en avkopplande, modern strandvibe och inkluderar fortfarande all bekvämlighet du kan förvänta dig av en lyxig strandlägenhet. Med bara två enheter per våning på Grande Surf Club Resort är det väldigt tyst och gated för din säkerhet.

Denna rymliga fjärde våning 2300 kvadratmeter enhet har 3 sovrum, 3 fulla bad och är utrustad för att rymma upp till 10 personer bekvämt - en king size-säng i master svit med ett stort master badrum som innehåller en stor dusch och trädgård badkar, en drottning -stor säng i det andra sovrummet, 3 tre våningssängar med en rullande säng i det tredje sovrummet och en bäddsoffa i det stora rummet. (Även om enheten kan sova 12 tillåter brandkoder endast 10 personer åt gången.)

Varje sovrum har sin egen plattskärms-TV förutom den 60-tums smarta TV i vardagsrummet. Blue Ray- och HD Digital-kanaler finns också i vardagsrummet och sovrummet.

Det stora rummet och Master Suite öppnar direkt på en stor balkong runt 250 kvadratmeter med utsikt över havet; njut av ditt morgonkaffe eller ditt kvällsglas vin när du kopplar av på din privata balkong och titta på båtar, delfiner eller en hisnande solnedgång. Utsikt mot öst och väst så långt du kan se.

Best vacation spot!

We absolutely loved this space! Only 2 units per floor which was amazing. Fast elevator and right on the beach! We had easy contact with the owner and everything was right on time. Hope to book this location in the future!

Perfect family condo

Perfect space for larger family. Enough room at the table for 9 of us to eat and play games together. Lovely balcony. Bunk beds would be fine for kids, but not very comfortable for adults. Something to be aware of that we did not realize before arriving, the second bedroom does not have an attached bath. It is right outside so very close but not completely private. The pool and beach area were excellent. Wonderful, clean poolside bathrooms were so nice to use rather than having to traipse all the way up to the condo. Nice selection of pool noodles, chairs, etc. in the deck box. Lots of beach towels in a basket in laundry room. Big kitchen was so nice to be able to cook together. Would definitely stay here again. Felt very safe and conveniently located to all we needed.

Best location on the Beach!

This condo was absolutely beautiful, the location perfect. It’s on the quiet end of PCB and a small resort with only 2 condos per floor. The kids, ages 11 and 13 loved the pool. Access to the beach was easy. The lock on the door to get in and out was a bit tricky and the gate to the pool did not work. Other than that it was a great trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect condo for family vacation

This was our third time staying in this condo! It is very spacious and clean and has an amazing ocean view! We love how easy the pool and beach are to access! It’s never crowded and we always have a great family vacation! Dannette is very quick to reply to any questions! We’ll be back!

The BALCONY for Us!

I thought I summited my review before I left Panama City...we checked in at the Grand Surf Club June 25-29, 2023! We did have a couple of glitches initially but between Dannette the property owner and Kathy the property manager, all was handled very professionally and expeditiously. Thank you again ladies! The unit was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. Just note...there is a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee, important stuff to know for us anyway lol! The beds were quite comfortable. Although the closet in the king suite has a lock on it...there is another closet that can easily be missed...it is on the left hand side. There was no mention of the mini refrigerator/freezer in the king suite either. To be honest, we cannot give you any review on the furniture or sofa bed...we never sat or slept on it because we LIVED on the balcony and enjoyed the view and the sound of the waves from the BALCONY!! All that was missing was a trash can on the balcony but that was easily remedied. Again, Thank You for the stay...NO COMPLAINTS!!

Beautiful condo & location!

Loved the condo and wrap around balcony! It’s right on the beach with private access to beach. Condo was perfect for our family of 11. The owner was wonderful to work with and details/communication was on point. The ONLY negative were that the floors were dirty and the living room furniture/sofa bed needed an upgrade (sofa bed mattress was very thin). But…..we were on the beach most of the time anyway!!

Nicely updated condo on the 4th floor. Amazing balcony overseeing the ocean. Overall it was great. Brand new grill but we could not get it to work. It seemed like gas wasn’t on to the property. The building is older but the owner has updated the condo nicely.

Great for 2 families of 4

We enjoyed our stay and it was very convenient to the soccer fields as we were in town for a tournament. We got to enjoy the pool, beach, and balcony in our downtime. The gate to the parking lot was not working which wasn't the end of the world, but I would have preferred it not be open all of the time because there was a lot going on and lots of people walking around from other condos, etc. We have 4 adults and 4 kids and the sleeping space was perfect and the large living room was great. 3 bathrooms was very helpful.

Our property is family owned and operated. It was originally purchased as a private 2nd home for our family to enjoy, so you can imagine that all of the “fixings” are included. It truly is our home away from home. This property is ideal for families who want a peaceful get away, but still some nightly excitement right around the corner.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The Grande Surf Club is a smaller condo complex which is ideal for families. If you hate waiting in lines for elevators, having to get up early to get seating at the pool or over crowded beach space, this is the condo for you! There are only 2 units per floor and most of the condos have residences who there year round. There are many attractions within walking distance. Since our unit is on the 4th floor you can still safely watch the kids from the balcony. Our unit has a total of 2,500 square feet including the balcony. There is enough seating on the balcony for 10+ and we regular update our unit to keep it feeling like home and not worn down.

The complex has gated parking and cameras through out. So you can feel safe while you are on vacation. The size of our unit lends while to those in wheelchairs who needs the space to move around. There is a full on laundry room and movie library as well! Come and relax in our family owned condo, we know you will love it as much as we do!
