This 500 square foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1st floor apartment is updated with modern touches. Relax in your home away from home with a new king sized memory foam bed, a fully stocked kitchen with walk in closet and private patio.

Prior to submitting a reservation request, ensure that your profile is updated with government ID and includes a profile photo. Please include your reason for visiting and a brief introduction of yourself and any individuals accompanying you. We look forward to hosting you in wonderful Dallas.
PET POLICY: Dogs allowed by pre-approval only and will be assessed a non-refundable $50 per pet cleaning fee, which must be paid at the time of booking. If pet fee is not paid before arrival, your pet will not be allowed on the property. Dogs must be house trained. Any pets that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed. Any dog that becomes disruptive will be removed immediately. Guests will be charged for any damages incurred. Other pets will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
