Make memories at Lake of the Ozarks! There is something for everyone here at the Lake, whether you are looking for a family friendly vacation, romantic getaway, outdoor adventure, shopping trip, or a round of golf. This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that sleeps 8. Located in the popular, family friendly complex of The Ledges Condominiums.

The Ledges Condominiums, one of the most popular locations at the lake, is situated right on the MAIN channel at the 21-mile marker. Besides its magnificent view, this complex offers the following amenities:
‱ Two lakeview pools, one lakefront and one up on the hill, both with spectacular views.
‱ Sandy beach with lake access for swimming
‱ Playground
‱ Fishing/swimming from the docks
By water or by land this unit is conveniently located. Walmart and Dierbergs are closely located for groceries and drinks. If you need a night off from cooking, it is located a quick boat ride or car ride to many great waterfront restaurants, such as Redhead Yacht Club, Dog Days, Backwater Jacks, and for breakfast you must try The Cozy Café. The Outlet mall, putt putt golf, and go carting can be found only a few miles away.

You don't even have to leave bed for a speculator view of water and boats. This master bedroom is lined with a large windows that look over the main channel. It also has a brand new king-sized bed, flat screen tv, Roku, and a private bathroom.

The second bedroom features 2 full size beds that sleep 4 guest, flat screen tv, and roku.

Relax in our Living area with our COZY Electric fireplace. The living area includes a queen sofa bed that can sleep 2 guests, a flat screen tv, Roku, and sliding glass doors that lead to the patio. We have an Electric Grill for your use! (Only type of grills permitted in Osage Beach)

To make your stay more enjoyable we give you the convenience of traveling light. We supply linens, 9 bath towels, 2 paper towel rolls, 10 garbage bags, 4 rolls of toilet paper, and soaps (such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and laundry detergent). We also have a full-size washer and dryer for your extended stays.

Don’t forget to inquire about the 12x30’ boat slip for rent!
No boat launch at this location.
No trailer parking available at this location from May to September.

My 2 sisters and I spent a very much needed vacation at the lake. The condo was very nice but the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Thank you for sharing your condo with us, we so enjoyed every minute of it!

The condo was very nice and mostly clean. I would suggest a light of some sort over the eating area since it was kind of dark when trying to eat meals. Also there was no dishwasher detergent in the condo so we had to buy that ourselves. Also the air filter on the furnace was extremely dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months.

Birthday Weekend

My wife and I have made it a tradition to go stay at the lake for my birthday every year and our stay was amazing. We've stayed in this complex several times over the years and we've stayed in another condo owned by Charlie and Shelia, and their condo are REALLY NICE. We go to the lake several times a year so we will definitely be back to this condo.

Relaxing Stay

Beautiful views of the lake, and the mirrors on the wall are striking when the lake is reflecting in them! We enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything you need for a comfy weekend in. The outdoor furniture was comfortable, and there are plenty of kitchen tools to cook. The couch with the pullout bed was not the most comfortable to sit on - the seat was a bit shallow and the cushions are flat so they don't provide good padding between the person and the bed framing beneath. If the couch were replaced, this stay would be the comfiest! That one minor concern wouldn't affect our decision to stay again, though, and it shouldn't affect your decision either. If you want great lake views, a wonderful deck to sit on, and a nice lake condo, this is the place to go.

Overall the stay was very good. A few things could have been better. The decks really needed cleaned and we had ants in our condo. Nothing major just something to look into

Very Busy Place

The view was spectacular! Our TV didn't work when we got there called and the property manager was over first thing the next morning. That was kind of frustrating cause we thought the cable wasn't working. So we all was trying to get it to work. Ended up getting new TV. Then we had ants she said it was from all of the rain they had gotten. The worse thing was the parking. If you stayed out late you was going to have to park along ways from your room. On the whole nice place just a little to busy for our likings.

We visited LOTO for the spring Big Bass Bash and the condo was great. Right on the water and even was able to get a boat slip! Would definitely stay again!

Great weekend escape!

The location of the condo was right on the water, so watching the boat traffic was wonderful. This time of year was a great time to go due to the area being less busy with people. Views are great and the condo complex felt safe.
