Long Key Beach has been rated top 10 winter beaches by Yahoo travel and one of the best beaches rated by the Sun Sentinel.
Enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from two balconies. Soak in the sun on 350â of private beach complete with thatch umbrellas and lounge chairs. Take a dip in the heated pool. Play tennis in the private court. Grill BBQ at the beach Tiki Hut. Fish off the 60' dock and catch some dinner. Explore the sealife while you snorkel off the beach and you might see starfish, sting rays, crabs, fish, and lobster. From the dock, you can see manatees, turtles, and nurse sharks.
About the townhome.
This is a two story townhome with an open floor plan. Kitchen includes pots, pans, plates, and utensils. Ice maker, deep freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and new stove oven.
Dividing the kitchen and dining area is a breakfast counter that sits four. First floor is tile and the second floor is laminate flooring.
The master bedroom features a California King bed and on-suite bathroom with a shower. The washer and dryer are in a closet in the Master. There are night stands and a dresser along with a closet.
The smaller bedroom has two full size beds.
There is a full bath on the second floor with a bathtub.
Situated in a gated community with 2 parking spaces.
Outdoor amenities.
Enjoy the outdoors with over 300 feet of sandy beach. The pool is heated in the cooler months. The tiki hut features a wet bar, mini fridges for your refreshments, gas grill, outdoor dining room, and bistro lighting. Fish of the fishing pier and catch dinner. Have fun on the tennis court and enjoy a pickle ball session.
Bring your boat. Boats maybe moored near the dock. Boat ramp is located across the street.
What to do nearby.
Bring your bikes and take a tour of Long Key State Park or cycle South to Marathon.
The Dolphin Research center and Turtle Hospital are located a short drive South.
Bayside fishing is easily accessed from the entry gate and walking to the Long Key bridge.
