Located in St Joe Beach near Port St. Joe & Mexico Beach, FL in the Windmark Beach neighborhood. Beautiful views with boardwalk direct to the beach from the back door. Roast s’mores on the beach (no permit required, please do check for local burn bans during dry weather). Grill your catch of the day, a steak or smoke ribs- there is a green egg and gas grill available for guests to use during their stay. Private heated pool and spa included.

Community pool is heated (Nov-Feb) and close by too- Windmark Beach has a resort style zero entry pool with on-site restaurants & bars- the delicious wood fired pizza at Bruno’s Pizza is an easy option. Take it to go and eat by the pool or beach. Just steps away- The Mill offers a full bar, liquor store, marketplace & regular live music. The fitness facility at Windmark Beach has regular classes and offers daily & weekly guest passes. R&R Outfitters has all your beach and bike rental needs covered. The sweet shop is a kid favorite- they have ice cream, candy, cold drinks and basic supplies ranging from baking supplies to bait and tackle.

Accommodations for up to (10) guests include 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, outdoor shower, full kitchen, (3) private screened porches, paver walkways with two grills and outdoor fire pit. This home was built in 2020. Your stay includes free WiFi, (4) smart TVs- in the living room and in all bedrooms, (4) light & comfy Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs with attached coolers, Tommy Bahama umbrella with anchor, red rider wagon (one person can easily transport everything to the beach), ISLE inflatable paddle board, fine linens & luxurious towels are supplied with your stay, home is fully furnished with glassware, plates utensils and cookware. Big Green Egg & Weber gas grill, Nespresso, Kuerig & drip coffee makers w/ coffee grinder, blender, bottle opener, waffle iron, grill utensils & oven mitts, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, knife block & sharpener, toaster, board games (Chess, Clue, Kids Against Maturity & Jenga). Whirlpool washer/dryer, extra hangers, blankets, large bed swing on the back porch (great for sunsets & water views), two front porch swings (our favorite sunrise and morning coffee spot). Pack n play, booster seat and other items available upon request.

Lots of good food options nearby. Whether you want fine dining, seafood, pizza or a grocery store to cook your own meal- Windmark Beach & Port St Joe has it covered. The Mill, Sunrise Cafe & Bruno’s Pizza are all walkable distance (less than five minutes). Uptown Raw Bar, Shipwrecked, Sparky’s, White Marlin, Dagwoods, Joe Moma’s Pizza & Hunts are all close by quality restaurants. The local Piggly Wiggly is an easy 5min drive, there is also a Dollar General Marketplace that’s like a mini Walmart nearby.

Great fishing right from the beach. Also there are plenty of nearby marinas and boat ramps to access St. Joe Bay, the Gulf and the Inter coastal waterway. St. Joe Peninsula is a hot spot for fishing along with several reefs close by and the inshore fishing is great too! Check out the brand new Point South Marina for boat rentals, fishing excursions, sunset & dolphin cruises, dining and more.

Nature all around- on your stay you might see dolphin, manatee, bald eagle, rays, pelicans, herons, sand pipers, lots of shells, the occasional bobcat & black bear, awesome sunrises & sunsets & maybe a deer or two. Go exploring around St. Joe Bay and the Cape and you might spot an alligator, crocodile or shark too!

St Joe Bay Golf Club is open to the public and a short 10min drive from the house on the East side of Port St Joe- this is a fun little course for everyone to enjoy. They have a pool, on-site restaurant, putting green, driving range and 18 hole golf course. Gulf county bought the golf course after Hurricane Michael and consistent improvements are being made. Dagwoods (a local favorite restaurant downtown) runs the kitchen here so the food is way above average for a local muni. The course layout is simple but challenging with water on 14 of the 18 holes.
