Peaceful and quiet getaway filled with natural light. This island house has a spacious porch surrounded by palms perfect for relaxing, drinking a cup of coffee, tea, or glass of wine and taking in the beautiful sunsets. Furnished with a king bed, two queen beds, and a bunk room which sleeps four. The open concept living room, dining room and kitchen is the perfect place to spend with family. A short walk to the Bay and Waterman's Restaurant or a quick drive to the beach.

Bedroom with King bed and en suite bathroom, plus your own private patio with a peaceful view. Bedroom with Queen bed and en suite bathroom. Bunk room with a private half bath and Queen bedroom with a shared a full bathroom. Spacious outdoor living room, with several beach amenities available for your use: chairs, umbrellas, wagon and toys.

Charcoal grill and grilling accessories available on lower patio. Dollar general less than 1 mile, with charcoal and other grilling needs.

Great Stay - Close to Everything

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. Everything was beyond clean, the host was super attentive and checked in a couple of times during the week. We shared with another family during a trip to Galveston for a dance competition held at the convention center. This place was perfect! Close to the competition, easy to the beach, and had plenty of space to relax and recharge for the next day!

Island Retreat

Beautiful home for beach stay

This beautiful home was everything it promised to be: clean, newly decorated, spacious, and convenient. The owner left special touches around the house like loads of beach towels and equipment, snack packs, and black hand towels for makeup/ sunscreen removal. It has multiple fabulous porches with constant cool ocean breezes and views of amazing sunsets. It is a short drive or modest walk to public beach access and an even shorter walk to the marina and Waterman’s restaurant. Three adult couples shared the house for a long weekend to attend a wedding and wish we could have stayed longer. The property owner was great to deal with and answered all messages very promptly.

Located close to the bay, walking distance to Waterman's Restaurant, and a short car of golf cart ride to the beach. Whether staying with friends of family, our light-filled home is waiting for you and your next vacation! Our street has no current construction going on, limiting the amount of noise.
