Spend your next vacation in the wonderful resort of Bol on the sunny island of Brac in front of Split, in a central yet quiet location with beautiful location and sea views. The charming, recently lovingly restored, typical Dalmatian 4 * stone house is located on the eastern outskirts of Bol, very close to the picturesque boat harbor with its diverse gastronomic offer. The house offers u.a. a private pool of 20 m² and 1.5 m depth, as well as, spread over 3 floors, 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. From the furnished pool terrace on the ground floor, as well as from the loggia on the 2nd floor, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea, the town and the opposite island of Hvar.

The house is equipped with every conceivable comfort, so that leaves nothing to be desired. So there is next to a dishwasher and a washing machine. All floors are air conditioned. 2 LCD TVs are in addition to DVD home theater, satellite TV and Wi-Fi Internet to be used extensively by you. Furthermore, cot, highchair and a safe are available. 4 bikes, a speedboat, a small motorboat are available on request and if needed. A wine cellar with own wine invites you to a wine tasting. In addition, there are also schnapps and honey from our own production. Up to max. 2 pets (depending on size and type) can be brought by arrangement. Private parking for up to 3 cars is available free of charge. The friendly landlords speak German as well as English and Italian and live right next door. They are always at your disposal for questions of any kind.

The entire tourist infrastructure is located in walking distance with a maximum duration of 5 minutes. Whether you want to go to the restaurant, shopping, bank, post office, doctor or pharmacy. The picturesque harbor with a wide gastronomic offer and the starting point for many a boat trip you also only max. 5 min.
