Can Colis is a fabulous well-maintained finca with a large private pool, located in the north of Mallorca, just a few kilometres from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, the extensive white sandy beach of Puerto de Alcudia.

The exterior of the finca exudes charm and offers ample opportunities for relaxation, such as outdoor dining on a spacious porch surrounding the house with a large table and chairs, sofas for resting, a large pool of 12m x 6m surrounded by 8 sunbeds for swimming and sunbathing, as well as an outdoor shower and a barbecue area. The upper floor also features a large covered terrace with spectacular views of the estate and the landscape.

The majestic house spans two floors, built and decorated in the typical Mallorcan style with the finest materials. On the ground floor, you'll find the spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room in one space, two bedrooms—one with a double bed, en suite bathroom, and air conditioning, the other with two single beds. Additionally, there is another separate bathroom with a bathtub. The upper floor consists of three double bedrooms with air conditioning and en suite bathrooms with showers.

Furthermore, there is a small cottage next to the pool with a second kitchen that provides additional convenience for enjoying the barbecue and other meals closer to the pool. Both pool and bath towels are provided for all guests.

In conclusion, this finca is a true privilege, both for its incredible facilities and its excellent location—a very quiet area on the outskirts of the small typical Mallorcan village of Sa Pobla and very close to the beach.
