Tristan Trail House w/ Easy Trail Access and Hot Tub

Come enjoy our cozy home filled with luxuries and amenities geared towards those visiting NWA to explore activities, nature, and bike trails! Only 5 minutes from downtown with easy access to Slaughter Pen Trail, Razorback Greenway, Coler Preserve Trail, and tourist hot-spots such as Crystal Bridges, the Amazeum, and the AMP. If you would rather stay-in and enjoy the view, we are 1 minute from a neighborhood market or Harps Food Market and you can enjoy our hot tub, gas grill, tv, and ping pong in the outdoor living space!

We want everyone to have a wonderful time, but are looking for guests that appreciate a well taken care of rental and are respectful of our property and its furnishings. If anyone in your group is looking for a rental to hold parties and neglect our home, then please look elsewhere.

We also have Noise Aware on the property to monitor the guest volume, so we do not have any problems with the City of Bentonville Ordinance for Noise. Quite time is from 10:00 pm – 7:00 am and needs to be adhered to during your visit so our property doesn’t get complaints from our neighbors and or the police.

The house is in a great location with close proximity to MTB trails. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was also well equipped. Our only concerns with the property were that there appears to be some type of electrical issue because the lights almost constantly flickered and the exhaust fans in the bathrooms would cut in and out. We also had some issues with the host who apparently wanted us to pay extra for towels and bedding that she claimed we stained (bleached) despite having purchased liability insurance when booking. We did not wash any of the bedding or towels in question, so I’m not sure how we would have caused that damage. The host asserted that someone using the hot tub could have caused this, but I find that extremely hard to believe since it would have bleached their swimming suit as well (which did not happen) and would have caused serious skin irritation if the ph levels were that far off. I strongly suggest photographing all defects on arrival just in case.

UArk Graduation Stay

We had a great experience. The house is everything listed and more. Super clean, well stocked and an absolutely wonderful home and peaceful location. We had a great time just staying around the house and enjoying the spacious decks, ping pong table and great outdoors! Close enough to the city but secluded at the same time. We will definitely book again!

Fantastic Place for a Visit to Bentonville

Firstly, the host was amazing. Any question we had was answered almost immediately and she (Joyce) was able to accommodate all of our needs. We very much appreciate her hospitality.The house was also quite nice, especially the primary suite, with it's large bathroom and soaking tub. We had 7 mountain biking buddies together for the weekend and there was ample room for everyone, both inside and out. The neighborhood was quiet and super close to town.Importantly, the house was also close to the trails, so we could easily just ride our bikes to most of the trail systems we wanted to get to.Cooking for a big group was a bit of challenge, given the stove was a standard 5 burner unit. And there was only 1 oven. As well, the cookware wasn't what I would consider high quality. But if you're going out to dinner all the time, this wouldn't be important.Again though, if we come back, we would definitely loot to stay here again.

Fantastic! Would recommend to anyone!

We had such a great time in Bentonville at the Almand house. The house is beautiful, well furnished, comfortable, clean and in a great location. I stayed there with my mom and eight sisters. There was plenty of room and space. The hot tub was great. The kitchen was well stocked. plenty of toiletries, paper goods, and laundry detergent. The host was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I would love to stay here again, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Bentonville Biking

Amazing house in a great town! Booked property for a MNTN Bike trip and we were not disappointed by the house or town. Beautifully decorated, modern home extremely clean and well appointed. Great location to all the town has to offer. Easy to get to the trails and restaurants. Would return in a heart beat!!!

Family spring break

4 adults and 5 kids/young teens stayed for 3 nights. The house is clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and plenty of indoor and outdoor space. We all enjoyed exploring all that Bentonville has to offer!

Great Bike vacation house!

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay if you want to ride the mountain bike trails in Bentonville. You can ride right out of the house and be on the trails in 2 minutes. The house was spacious, clean and had a two car garage to store the bikes in. The neighborhood is quite and close to the Interstate and many restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home

We rented the house for the Biker Blues and BBQ rally in Rogers. The house is just as displayed in the pictures. I really liked the layout and was very comfortable. We sat outside on the deck watching tv most evenings. The kitchen is very well equipped and organized. We sat in the hot tube several evenings discussing what we were going to do the next day. The only complaint, and very minor, the hot tube would only go to 99 degrees. Wish it was a little warmer but figured it's limited as a safety factor. Like I said, minor. Would definitely stay there again!

Lovely place for our family

This house and its surroundings worked very well for us and our kids and grandkids. The house was just as described. The large decks in the back were good play areas for the kids, and the wooded backyard was beautiful. It felt secluded, even while being very near some of the must-see places in Bentonville. Our hostess responded quickly to our questions. We would gladly rent this home again, but would bring more toys/equipment for the little ones to use out on the deck as well as indoors.
