Köket Àr fullt utrustad med allt du behöver för att piska upp en gourmetmÄltid eller vÀrma upp en frusen pizza. Den bardisk skiljer köket frÄn vardagsrummet som har en vedeldad spis och 37 tums platt-TV med inbyggd DVD-spelare. Kabel och höghastighetsinternet ingÄr ocksÄ sÄ ta med din bÀrbara dator. I didn’t realize that there were steps in the condo, that’s my fault for not reading all the reviews thoroughly. There were many flies in the condo, when we got there, the air conditioning was not hooked up and it was very hot. The owner was quick to send the maintenance man to hook up to air conditioners. We did feel like the carpets needed to be cleaned, I think we are just a little bit disappointed.

Ski Weekend

Overall nice place and as described. Only issue was the internet/tv was out which caused some confusion as I needed internet for some work stuff I was doing during evening. That is issue that HOA needs to address as it can’t be fixed until they address so folks should just know if traveling near term. Other than that though, nice place and family had a lot of fun.

Compact place had everything we needed

Our family of five and two dogs enjoyed our stay. The living/dining/kitchen area was compact, but offered plenty of seating. The kitchen had a good supply of dishes, glasses, and silverware. The two bedrooms plus loft offered sleeping for 8 people and there is a sofabed in the living area. The 1.5 baths were clean and functional. We appreciated that sheets and towels were included with the rental. We were glad for the efficient heating system for the freezing cold, windy, snowy weather outside. Suggestions for improvement would be some new pots and pans, warm blankets for the beds, and a bigger tv in the living area.

The property is in a great location as far as pool and tennis, pickle ball are concerned, beautiful walking trails, etc Everything worked as should, no complaints.

Nice Condo

Nice Condo - great for those that need a spot to stay up in the mountains. It is on second floor so there are stairs to go up and down but other than this it is exactly what you want if you need a cozy condo for you and possibly 3-5 other travelers.

Very nice stay

The neighborhood was clean, safe and quiet. Everyone was very friendly. The condo itself was small but accommodated everything that we needed. (We had 7 family members at one point in the home) and still had plenty of room to move around. The unit was clean and pet friendly. The condos do not allow central a/c but the Os did supply 2 swamp coolers that helped with the heat. I’d for sure stay again! Os we’re very tentative and easy to reach! Thanks for the stay, Lori!

No Hot Water!

The owner has tenants turn off the power to the hot water heater. As a result, we had no hot water during our stay 2 day stay. It takes more than 2 days for any water in the tank to heat enough to even wash dishes. The "new renovation" was replacing original carpet with hard wood on main level. However, the same original shag carpet is used as an area rug in the main living area. It's shag carpet, known to hold years of dust and dirt. The condo smelled musty so needed to open windows to circulate air. Unfortunately, couldn't open screen door to enjoy the deck. I owned a similar condo at sister resort (Seven Springs) built by same builders for almost 20 years. I rented it out as well so I understand what's needed. I never had to turn off the power to the water heater - and no guests ever burned up the tank. The owner refused to provide any compensation for not providing a basic amenity. I don't think hot water is an "extra" and will avoid renting this condo again.

Short walk to slopes!

The condo was perfect. Super cozy and had everything we needed. Plenty of space and the loft was perfect for a play area for the kids! Owner was super quick to respond to all our questions.

Nice little place for a weekend with friends

This is a nice place for 3-4 people with good amenities at the resort. The owner was very kind and helpful (especially after I accidentally took the pool passes home). Air conditioning didn’t quite make it up to the top floor - just one thing to be aware of in the hotter months!

Something happened between our first visit and this one

The entryway was filthy, inside door handle came off in our hands, living room couch had a 3' tear in one cushion covered by a blanket so we hopefully wouldn't notice, floors were dirty both floors and rugs, balcony chairs were moldy, electricaly plugs are faulty and many loose (Dangerous), the TP dispense was pulled out of the wall and just shoved back in... so of course we had issues with it. Since there was such a difference between October and now, we can only presume the owner got a new crew to clean and fix the property.

Had a great stay!

Lorie was extremely responsive and easy to work with! It Was a cute little place with plenty of space. It is a 2nd floor condo tucked on the side with a little deck! Had a little portable A/C window unit that we didn’t need because it was cool enough outside. If staying in the summer you may want to bring an extra fan or two. Over all was a perfect stay!

Great winter ski vacation

This is the perfect property to stay at for a winter ski vacation with your family. It is a short (5 min) walk to top of slopes (Upper Continental run). The property was clean and had everything we needed for a 10 day stay. The kids loved sleeping in the loft! The owner, Lorie, was very quick to respond when we needed anything. WiFi worked great, property was quiet, and we enjoyed seeing the sun rises out of the living room window. Would highly recommend and will stay here again!

Comfy and Cozy

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. Felt right at home and had plenty of space. Condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. Loved the fireplace and having firewood provided. Great location close to hiking, food, and skiing (just wish there had been snow)! Host was quick to respond when we had an issue with the Wi-Fi.

Nice 2nd floor view

Nice location. Did not know this was a 2nd floor condo. Bit hard to come into steps turn then go up steep steps. Issues with portable A/C unit, not central air. Which were resolved by owner.
