The family room is a wonderful place to gather with friends and family. It is very spacious with high ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace. The family room is stylish, modern and comfortable with a down filled couch, extra seating and a 65" smart Roku TV.

The family room opens up to the fully stocked kitchen and dining nook. The kitchen is fun, modern and has all the cooking supplies you will need. There is a gas stove, full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.

When the night winds down and you wander off to rest you will find wonderfully comfortable beds and bedrooms with blackout curtains, ceiling fans, portable fans and noise machines. We offer only top of the line mattresses as we know how important a good night sleep is. The home offers beautiful bedrooms, which feature 5☆-resort comforts that allow you to rest after an exciting day of hikes, outdoor activities, and adventures.

There is also a dedicated office space which can also be used as a 2nd family room. The doors can be shut off so you can get some work done as you take in the views of Sedona. This room is equipped with a desk, leather sofa, lounge chair and a Smart Roku TV.

Lose yourself in the private outdoor areas, where you can soak up the sun, relax in the luxurious 6-person hot tub, gaze at the starry sky, sit around the fire pit, prepare delicious BBQ, or simply become one with the picturesque surroundings. Overview :
The property is nestled in the serene and friendly neighborhood of Clarkdale, AZ, offering a relaxing retreat to all guests who want to escape the fast-paced tempo of big city life and the everyday hustle and bustle. We are 20 minutes to Sedona and 1 mile to Old Town Cottonwood

There is plenty to do in the area, starting with the highly-rated restaurants in Old Town Cottonwood or Jerome, wine tasting along The Verde Valley Wine Trail. Nature and history lovers will love hiking in Sycamore Canyon, visiting the ancient ruins of Tuzigoot, kayaking, or taking train ride along The Verde River.
