Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, terrace and garden furniture.

San Giovanni, 5 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

air conditioning. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from early April to early October, 10 m x 10 m, depth 1.20 m). The pool can be used only 9:00 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 19:30. The pool is to share with the homeowner.
