Amazing Oceanfront Condo steps from the beach! Windjammer #402
Windjammer 402, where coastal charm meets luxury comforts! Whether it is the morning sunrise over the Atlantic with a cup of coffee in your hand, or the spectacular sunsets over the Inter-coastal waterway; this condo is the perfect destination for you!
Inside the condo, guests will find themselves at home with free wi-fi, cable tv, plush seating in the living room and a well appointed kitchen, stocked with everything you need to cook your family meals.
The sliding doors open to your oceanfront balcony, with plenty of high quality deck furniture for the family to gather and watch the waves come ashore onto the sugar sand beaches, which are easily accessible via the communities private beach walkover.
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, has a king sized bed, TV, and plenty of room to stretch out after a day of beach combing, while the guest bedroom boasts a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds for the kids. The guest bedroom also has its own Tv as well.
Two parking spots are available for guests, including one in the garage area with easy access to the elevator!
On site you will find a swimming pol, tennis courts, a community grill, and a private dock across A1A in case you would like to drop a line and do a little inter-coastal fishing while youâre here!
All renters must be 25 years of age and rentals are restricted to a minimum 7 night stay.
June and July rentals are Saturday to Saturday only please, without exception.
