This casita property is brand new, relaxing and in a great proximity to Zion National Park and Sand Hollow State Park and Quail Creek State Park! In addition, it is within walking distance of trails, a golf course and a scenic canyon. This cozy place features a queen-sized bed, couch, futon, television, refrigerator and microwave oven. Bathroom, shower and bathtub are standard in the unit. For efficiency and enjoyment this is the place. It's located just minutes from the wonderful community of Hurricane, Utah.

The casita was perfect . It was very clean, comfortable , had what we needed . I loved how close it is to Zion , easy access to the park and nearby stores. I’d stay here again!

Perfect stop for a weekend visiting Zion National Park. Clean and comfortable. Short drive to restaurants and shops. We recommend River Rock Roasting Company for coffee, cocktails, and amazing food with a view!

Nice place near everything

Stores, national parks and everything is nearby, this is a great place to go to slee after a long day, the TV is ok but not great, there was no body soap in the shower, but everything else was great.

Perfect Casita

This location was ideal as I worked in St George but had time for daily local hikes. Beautiful views/short hike right out the back door. Very clean and James was helpful with ideas for my short stay.

Nice place

This place was new, super clean and convenient. We were there for our daughter’s wedding, and this rental was like returning to a safe harbor. It had all the amenities making it a cut above a hotel room; private and quiet, comfortably large. If your there for a three day weekend, this is the place.

It was a great place to stay. The only problem we had was there was no WiFi and the cell service in the area was terrible. (Not the properties fault obviously.) so I couldn’t get any of my work done on my computer.

They added a Keurig😍

Our stay at Little Palm was everything we hoped for and more. Based on previous reviews, I requested a Keurig for our room, and James went above and beyond to make sure one was provided, which made our mornings so much easier. The attention to detail and personalized service truly enhanced our experience.

Great alternative to a hotel

This casita is in a quiet neighborhood -a huge plus after a long day of driving. It is new and very clean. The only glitch we had was an issue with the electronic key entry but the owner was quick to respond with a phone call. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient and clean location

The space was a nice size for us with places to sit, sleep, store, and do our daily bathroom hygiene things. A few things missing that we have had in other stays was a hotpot for making hot drinks and some basic dishes and wares for holding food. Otherwise, we enjoyed the spot and being in a family oriented neighborhood.

This was a perfect place for a couple to stay while visiting Zion. The casita is very clean and new and located in a quiet neighborhood. Regarding "kitchen" facilities, there is only a microwave and a small refrigerator, so just know that you won't be able to prepare food or coffee. We would definitely recommend!
