Beautiful 3BR/3BA Beachfront Condo - Blue Surf in Daytona Beach Shores

Monthly only and family atmosphere.... means peace and quiet!!!

View, view, view! You will easily be able to enjoy this 3BR, 3 Bath condo overlooking beautiful Daytona Beach Shores. The entire front view and balcony overlook the "no drive" portion of south Daytona Beach Shores. This family-friendly complex offers a wide variety of amenities such as covered parking, tennis, pool, grills, workout facility, library, and sauna.

This unit is on the 6th floor of the 10-story Blue Surf condominium. The unit has an open floor plan with incredible ocean views and balcony access from the main room (living/dining/kitchen) and master bedroom.

The condo is nicely furnished with TVs in each bedroom and living room. It has a full kitchen that comes complete with all the appliances and gadgets you use at home. No need to over-pack because It conveniently has a washer and dryer within the unit as well. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler are at your disposal to tote down to the peaceful and relaxing beach.

A short walk down the beach to Sunglow Pier, minutes to restaurants and Tanger outlets, and within an hour's drive of Orlando. You can't beat this location...and did I mention the view, view, view!

Who is the Blue Surf community and who owns/rents here? A large number are full-time residents. It's a second/vacation home for many as well. It's also the perfect property for "snowbirds" that want long-term stays of 2-6 months at a time! Blue Surf IS NOT a weekly vacation rental property; monthly rentals only! Low key, relaxing, and family atmosphere! No parties.

NOTE: As of 2020 VRBO files and pays all state taxes for renters in Florida, so it is a necessity to go through the service. Thanks!

Good Corner Condo with great beach view

Property was listed accurately. Communication with the owners was good. Check-in was easy. The no drive beach, corner unit and great sunrises made for a good month. The Blue Surf was replacing the flooring in the gym so we lost a week of use. Also, the pool lost one of the heaters for the month so we could not use the pool. The condo is older and could use some upgrades. All dishes are in lower cabinets which made it harder for my in-laws to access dishes. The carpet throughout the condo could use a professional cleaning. The stains in the living room and dining area especially need cleaning. Additional silverware is needed to eliminate having to do dishes every other day. We tried booking for the next year after being in the unit for 2 weeks. However, after reaching out to the owners, they already booked without asking if we were interested in booking again for the following year. In all our previous years in Myrtle Beach and Daytona Beach Shores, others rental agencies and owners gave the previous renters first right of refusal for the next year. We were very disappointed that we weren't even asked if we wanted to rent for the next year. Overall, we would book again.

A family-owned property where owners have stayed in the Blue Surf for multiple generations. A family-friendly atmosphere that is based on monthly only rentals, not weekly vacationers/partiers. The no-drive beach is great for families with children. Many guests return year after year.
