A beautifully sun-exposed apartment, located in Palmyra, Quarteira, in a very well maintained gated and secured community.

Why is this apartment the ideal choice for a golfing or a family holiday?
- 3 Bedrooms, Sleeps up to 6 people + 1 baby cot.
- You are only 20 minutes from Faro Airport.
- There is a large communal swimming pool and children's pool, where you will find sun loungers to relax.
- There are so many golf courses in the area to choose from, VilaSol Golf course is right next to it, you can literally walk to it.
- 7 min from the Aqua Park (AquaShow)
- About 12 minutes to the beach (Praia de Falesia and Praia de vilamoura)
- Approx 10 minutes/6kms away from the beautiful Marina of Vilamoura, where you will find many bars, restaurants, shops and other great amenities.
- Access to an underground parking + space on the front.
- Well furnished to a high standard, with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas stove, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, handheld blender, water kettle, bread toaster, Nespresso type coffee machine, stove top coffee maker for grinded coffee, kitchen dishes and utensils, cooking pots, plates, cutlery, glasses)
- Providing comfortable dining area and lounge with a large sofa & 2 armchairs, and a dining table with 6 chairs.
- A large smart TV with international channels, as well as Wi-Fi, with a security camera on the front door.
- Air Conditioning (reversible) throughout the property.
- A terrace with a table & 6 chairs
- A top terrace with a table and 4 chairs with a portable charcoal barbecue, where you can enjoy sundowners watching the sun-set, with a calming view on beautiful sub-tropical gardens and landscaped areas.
- Finally, close (5 to 7 min) to all grocery shopping (Continentes, Lidl, Pingo Doce).

SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists’ and guests information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, upon booking we shall send to you a blank SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is mandatory requirement.
The municipalities in the Algarve have also implemented a tourist tax in 2025. The tourist accommodation provider will be responsible to collect from the tourists and to pay monthly to the municipality. Low season - between November 1 and March 31 -1€ per night and per person up to the maximum value of 5 consecutive nights stay/person,
- High season - between April 1 and October 31 - €2 per night and per person up to a maximum value of 5 consecutive nights stay/person.

WINTER RENTALS. We offer this property for longer stays in low season. We may be able to offer reduced rates on a case by case basis, so please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
