Within walking distance to Universal Studios (just 4 min by car) this 408 sq. ft. totally renovated w/all new furniture & appliances, 1 bedroom/1 bath studio condo with a great view from a private balcony & 3 pools (1 heated) offers ample space to sleep 4 people comfortably with two queen bed right next to a quiet office area. It also offers a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Free parking & WiFi is included, too.

We arrived on the property an hour early and the host did not send any check in information. Once check in arrived still no information. We were left with no room. Thankfully we had the insurance on the room and Vrbo let us rebook another place.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY - GHOSTED!

Do not book this property! It looked like a good fit for me and my daughter’s trip. I started to feel uneasy when I asked the host a couple qs two months prior to my stay
 never responded. There was zero correspondence for checkin info 24 hours prior, and still never heard back. They completely ghosted us and was extremely stressful. Thankfully VRBO helped us/took care of us, but this property should NOT be listed as active on the site.

Great reasonable place

My daughter and I came in town for a tournament at the Orange County Convention Center the location price amenities were all perfect she decided she wanted a more reasonable place to stay so that we had money to do activities and this was it. The place was clean spacious had just enough for us and what we needed and was in a great location less than 10 minutes from everywhere we needed to be. The condo was nice inside comfortable and had everything to make our stay convenience and pleasant. The night time is quiet, and the pool is not too busy. Excellent value for the price, I will stay again!
