Smekmånad studiosviten är en studiolägenhet omgiven av tropiska trädgårdar och konstgjorda vattenfall. Studion har en balkong med ett litet bord, två stolar och en underbar havsutsikt. Vi ligger mindre än fem minuters promenad från Sandy Beach, restauranger och ett livligt nattliv. Det finns många restauranger i området som är perfekta för datumkväll!

Bröllopsresan är komplett med en dubbelsäng, kök, soffa, TV, privat balkong och luftkonditionering. Denna studio ligger på andra våningen ovanför vår privata bar som är stängd om inte en gäst begär att öppna den. Tillsammans med baren på den första nivån finns en vacker sittgrupp med hängmattor och bord bredvid vårt privata vattenfall. Om inga gäster bor i våra andra hyror eller om du ingår i gruppbokningen, har du tillgång till antingen vår privata infinitypool som har fantastisk havsutsikt eller poolen i underhuset. Utomhusstrappan som leder från infinity-poolen ner till bröllopsresan är pittoresk - perfekt för bröllop eller Instagram-ögonblick. Vi har också en stor evenemangspaviljong som är öppen för alla gäster. Om du planerar ett evenemang kan du begära privat åtkomst. Eventutrymmet rymmer 100 personer och är komplett med solstolar, soffor och hängmattor. Om det inte används för ett evenemang är det ett bra ställe att umgås och läsa en bok.

Great property and location

This is a beautiful property very close to Sandy Beach(maybe 100 meters). There is a waterfall and large outdoor area near the Honeymoon Suite which was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again when returning to Rincon.

We had a great time in this small apartment. We had access to a beautiful courtyard. While we were close to the beach and great restaurants, at night we felt secluded.

Awesome!

The studio was great. Super convenient location close to the beach, surf, and food. Dianna was super friendly and accommodating. The studio was simple and all you could need with a full kitchen, pool, ac and tv. Great place, we would stay there again.

We loved Rincon Puerto Rico!! This was a wonderful property to stay at. Dianna & Gino were great hosts. Just a short walk to the beach and several stores & restaurants. Loved the relaxed area, very romantic and great view of the wave break. We look forward to coming back next year!! Loved it!!! Wonderful place to stay!!

AWESOME EXPERIENCE

Truly paradise! To say our stay was the best we have experienced, would be a huge understatement. We were welcomed like family by Dianna and Gino. This properties location was incredible if you like to be near a few local eateries and some of the best surf on the island. The local food and drinks are delicious and the property was nothing short of breathtaking. We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite and had a view of the Ocean! There is a large veranda area for the kids to play and the pools are clean and warm. Lots of hammocks for breezy afternoon naps! We didn’t need for anything and Diana was there for anything else. Thanks for the stay and we look forward to coming back!

Great experience

My girlfriend and I had a great experience. The property manager was able to meet us super early in the morning since we arrived into SJU in the middle of the night and then drove to Rincon. He also provided us with 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Having an onsite free washer and dryer was also very helpful (we brought our own detergent). With all that is going on with COVID-19 we wanted privacy and the ability to do most of our own cooking. The apartment is well equipped for what we wanted and I would highly recommend this unit for a couple looking for privacy, great views and great location walking distance from Sandy Beach.

Nice clean property.

We stayed in the Honeymoon suite. Everything was in great working order. We have no complaints with this property. Very quiet and peaceful. Be aware that there are a lot of steps to reach our room so maybe stay in a different room if you are physically challenged. I cant wait to go back!

Excellent location, beautiful island

We stayed 4 nights in the studio at Oceanview Paradise. Dianna was great! She let us know right away the AC wasn't working well and had someone out to repair it the next morning. The location was perfect for us- a short walk to the beach, two restaurants, and a small mini mart. This was our first time in PR, and it was such a wonderful experience. Can't wait to come back :)

Truly a Piece of Paradise

We stayed at Dianna's suite in Rincon in July of 2021. The property was immaculate and the grounds were absolutely gorgeous! Rob was managing the property and was quick to respond when we called him. The view of the ocean was breathtaking, and the pool was gorgeous. There was a 2-minute walk to the beach, and we were close to Steps Beach and Sandy Beach. We also appreciated all of the tips for activities and restaurants, and we loved all of the hammocks throughout the property. We would definitely rent this property again if we were in Rincon.

Relaxing and beautiful

Our stay was incredibly relaxing and helped us recharge from a very cold winter! The property was extremely clean with beautiful views and was only a 2 minute walk to Sandy Beach. Dianna was fantastic and helped us connect to wifi off the larger houses on the property so we could work while we stayed. Would highly recommend!

Both of us grew up in NJ in the Jersey Shore area. My husband loved surfing and of course warm weather, that brought us to Rincon about 23 years ago.
We bought our dream property and built Ocean View Paradise in 2004.

You will be only a three minute walk to one of the best beaches in Rincon, Sandy Beach, and the famous seaside restaurant Tamboo Bar & Grill. You can sit on the beach and have your food or drinks delivered right to your chair! We have beach chairs available for your use.You are also within walking distance to several other restaurants, bars and small grocery store.

If you are thinking of a destination wedding or a special event please let us know!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We have a large piece of property so there is plenty of room to wander and take a siesta in one of our hammocks, next to our beautiful man made waterfalls. It is the perfect space for large events and gatherings like family reunions, weddings, class reunions, bachelorette weekends and more. Guests are in the same property but have plenty of space with two large houses each with their own private entrance, living room and kitchen on each floor. All of our guests are returning customers because once you experience Ocean View Paradise, you always come back!

Located just off of Sandy Beach, we are in the heart of Rincón in Barrio Puntas. There are many restaurants, shops and a lively nightlife all within walking distance. Puntas is a safe and friendly neighborhood. I, and many of the locals, enjoy walks to yoga on the beach, picking up a healthy shake near the ocean, and searching for sea glass. Visitors to the area are interested in surfing, yoga, snorkeling, and spending time with friends and families on the beach. During high season (December - April) the nightlife is much busier and many local spots have live music. Other times of the year the neighborhood is much quieter.

You can choose to rent a car or come to the Ocean View Paradise by taxi. If you choose to come by taxi we can assist you with taxi recommendations to get you wherever you want to go!
