Paradise at Flip Flop Zone

This was our second stay at the Flip Flop Zone and as before we had a fabulous time. Great location and cozy home with owners very attentive when contacted for any reason. Love this place!

Yearly trip to Surfside

We take a yearly trip to surfside beach SC but this was the first time at the flip flop zone…we will stay again! Very clean and spacious property! The fenced in yard was absolutely perfect for our dog!!!

Cozy and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay here, cozy little spot for family of 4 and our 2 golden retrievers ..great location in a gated community..everything you need is there including toilet paper, paper towels , extra bath/ beach towels and beach chairs etc .. also having the golf cart was definitely an added bonus to get to the private beach parking and the pools ! Although it rained most of the time, we enjoyed our stay at the flip flop zone !

Annual beach Vacation

The Flip flop zone was great. Prime location and easy access to the beach. House was perfect for a family of 4. Kids enjoyed the golf cart that was included in the rental. Sabra the owner was great. No problems during the stay but checked in to make sure everything was ok. The pool and splash pad was also a hit. Highly recommend

Great place

It was exactly as listed. Perfect place for me and my parents. Getting to bring our little pups was such a treat. Loved the community, the golf cart and private beach. We had a hiccup when we arrived but it was quickly taken care of by the owners. Good communication. was clean. The yard could use some TLC but it was nice to have a fenced in area for the pups. I would definitely come back.

Great Family Beach House

Our stay was wonderful. It was the perfect house for myself, husband, two kids, and two dogs. The yard was a perfect size. We absolutely loved the screen in porch. The shower in the master bath was extremely small, which I believe is noted, but obviously still usable. The house is 2 bed & 2 bath, but feels like it offers so much more space with the open concept. We absolutely love the neighborhood, being gated, pools, and private beach access. Definitely would want to stay here again!

Flip Flop Zone

Excellent location for Bike Week events down south. The check in process is fairly easy. Trucks and trailers get parked in a lot with security. This is a neighborhood of mostly trailers with built on decks and additions etc. The master shower is small (I'm a retired Submariner so I got flashbacks).

Great family getaway!

Our family had a great time at the flip flop zone. Tammy reached out before our arrival to give us a heads up on a minor issue. We appreciated the communication. The Oceanside Village area was close to everything you might want to do on vacation. The house was clean, and cute with thoughtful beach decor throughout. The kitchen was so well stocked-we were able to cook each day and had everything we needed. Several grocery stores near by. Our family loves the ocean, and the golf cart made the trip to and from so nice and easy. We spent a day at Huntington Beach State Park, which was so worth the short drive! We played mini golf, and overall just really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend that upon arrival you stop at the office to pick up the key card that gives you access in and out of the beach parking/beach access area, and acces back into OSV. You have to pay 30 bucks for it, but you get 10 dollars back if you return the card. Don't think twice about booking this place!!

Great Beach House!

My husband and I loved this community and house! The complimentary golf cart was amazing going to and from the beach! The house was very well stocked as well. The beds are a little uncomfortable and small but overall we would stay again!

Great weekend!!

This property was great. Very clean and as pictured. The fenced in yard was perfect for our two dogs. This is probably one of the best places we’ve stayed as far as cooking appliances, utensils and dishes. It was so nice to have all linens furnished as well. Both beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Family beach getaway

Loved the community and the amenities. Even with the rain, we still was able to go swimming. Enjoyed golf cart rides around and found a swan nest and many turtles. The house was very clean and the dogs loved the fenced in yard.

This property was purchased in 2021. Both my sister, Tammy, and I own the property with our husbands. We use it for family vacations and holidays and also have a second property located 2 doors away (VRBO Prop ID: 2495208). With a large family of 10, we needed 2 houses to accommodate our time together.

The home is very cozy/ bright and comfortable and we are excited to share it with you. The screened porch is perfect for morning coffee and late afternoon cocktails.
