When we were searching for the perfect property within our budget, I fell in love with this townhouse the moment I saw it online. Once our agent was able to show it to us in person, I instantly felt at home. I knew right then that this would be our home away from homeâa place where we could create lasting memories with our children, grandchildren, and the wonderful guests who choose to stay here.
And then came the bonusâthis townhouse is located right next to a playground, shuffleboard court, two tennis courts, and a pool! That sealed the deal for me. If I ever feel like skipping the short 5-minute walk to the beach, I can still enjoy the sun and a swim just steps from the back door.

This truly is a special place, and weâre so happy to share it with others looking to relax, recharge, and make memories of their own.
