Welcome to Gulf Highlands Beach Resortâa 24/7 gated community perfectly located in the heart of Panama City Beach! Enjoy a peaceful and convenient stay close to restaurants, shopping, golf, bowling, and, of course, the beach.

11 Pools (5 heated) â including one just outside the back door to the right, one to the left by the Gym that is the Gulf Highlands Pool and another directly on the beach with a private snack bar. There are 8 other pools throughout the resort.
Private Beach Access â a short 6â7 minute walk through the gate and across a signal pedestrian crosswalk.
Recreational Fun:
18-hole mini-golf course (bring your own putters and balls)
Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Shuffleboard Courts (Equipment is provided with rental please be sure to return all items to the townhouse) and Cornhole boards (Bean Bags are provided by the cornhole boards in a basket hanging on the fence of the tennis courts be sure to place bean bags back in the hanging basket for others to enjoy)

My husband and I love spending quality time together traveling and being with our family whenever we can. Weâre proud parents of three wonderful daughters and blessed with over ten amazing grandchildren who bring so much joy to our lives.
When Iâm not with family, I enjoy craftingâespecially working with wood, creating floral arrangements, wreaths, bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and personalized signs for weddings and special events. Iâm a former Legal Assistant and an Ordained Minister, and my husband is an experienced Electrical Lineman with over 36 years in the field.
Weâre so happy to share our little piece of paradise in Panama City Beach, Florida. It's a special place where weâve made countless memories with our children and grandchildren, and we hope youâll enjoy it just as much as we do.
