Sugar Mountain Stay

This property was super clean and the views from the back deck were amazing!! We were so close to Sugar Mountain that we could see the people snowboarding and skiing!! The condo was fully equipped, extremely comfortable and in excellent condition. We will definitely be staying there again!!

Amazing

This property was absolutely amazing. Great views of the mountains, of the slopes, and easy access to the slopes. The property was very clean and the staff who assisted us were great. Should we ever want to visit Sugar Mountain again this is the property I would like to stay at. The owners provided everything you could possibly want to make your stay perfect.

Beautiful views and space

Our weekend stay was so nice! The condo was surfacely clean and smelled great! There were a couple of small hairs in the tub, which was a bit concerning. But, the location and views were awesome!!! It was a gorgeous weekend!

Great location, terrible property manager

Arrived to property and there was no water. Property manager had shut off water to the property, leaving no instructions. After being on hold for forever, found the water in take. Once we restored water, hot water heater didn’t work…. Property manager turned that off too. Another round of hold (twice), hot water was restored after 24 hours. Property management never provided any compensation or support for this terrible experience. Will never use again.

Great weekend get away

We booked this stay at the last minute and would easily book it again. It was clean and comfortable. My husband and son found a walking path down some steps and through a traveled path in the woods to access the slopes. This find allowed them to leave the house when they wanted and come back for lunch without use of the shuttle, which left my daughter and I the flexibility to explore the area without having to worry about picking them up. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs and there were beautiful views of the mountains. The only suggestion would be to have some sand or acceptable substrate ready for guests to spread on the ice and snow on the sidewalk b/c there were patches of black ice on the lower sidewalk (that we used to enter and exit the unit). Disappointing

Loved the view but unit was not in good shape. Dishes were not clean, shower was and is very mildewed, carpets need cleaning badly, no instructions for anything in unit including WiFi password. There were very few towels or hangers but more were brought to us after we inquired. Sam is a wonderful manager whom we have known for years and we give him all the credit for helping with issues. The owner needs to come and take care of current issues. Might be good idea to get a larger TV in LR as the one there is small and old. When one pays a lot of money for top of the line place one expects to have that. Not in this unit.
