Great beach vacation

The house was very nice and well equipped. There is plenty of room. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms had tons of towels and there are 3 sets of washers and dryers. The outdoor area and pool were excellent, especially the large shallow area for the little ones. The location was good, easy to drive golf carts to the beach and into town. The most responsive host I have ever experienced.

Yearly Port A Family Vacation

The large backyard and the pool was as large and special as seen in the pictures. We enjoyed the beach but returned to outdoor showers and the pool. The downstairs area is larger than what I thought with three large bedrooms and a full bath and small kitchen. Having only three full bathrooms was not as issue for the five families that stayed there. Although we only had five vehicles, the extra parking spaces were appreciated as well.

Fabulous large home for 13 of us. Everything we needed was there!

Swimming pool and hot tub was used extensively by the grandchildren. Close enough to the beach to get there quickly! We had a wonderful time!

We stayed in this spacious home for a family retreat. We all had plenty of room and activities that kept everyone engaged. Plenty of patio space for enjoying coffee in the morning or beverages in the evening. Walking distance to beach but definitely need a golf cart! The top floor en-suite is also great!!! I could go on and on about the house but the most fabulous part was the home owner! Tammye, you are amazing, thank you for all you did to make our trip great!!

Amazing stay!!!

Look no further than this big beautiful house on Port A!! Our large extended family of 14 had an excellent vacation here!! The photos don’t highlight just how gorgeous this 3 level home is and so many amenities!!! Kitchen has everything you need, beds are super comfy, towels and linen are high scale! Tammye was excellent w communication and recommendations!! Large pool and hot tub w lots of extras (games, etc). Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!!

WOW, this house is amazing. The pictures are an accurate description of the house. It well maintained and everything is up to date. The location is perfect, management was very helpful and the check in/ check out process was great. Great communication from them and very clear with their expectations. My family is still talking about this house!

This was our first time booking a vacation rental home and let me tell you, this place set the bar pretty high! The house was exactly as advertised, extremely clean, well stocked and luxury amenities all throughout. We had 13 in our party and never once felt crammed. The house has plenty of space and being that there are 3 levels, every family had their own space to go to. Almost a month later and my family is still talking about how much they loved the house! I will definitely book this place again!

My husband and I grew up going to the Texas coast during the summers and have been taking our kids there for years. We both fell in love with Port Aransas and Rockport years ago so we decided to eventually retire there. We hope you love the area and this home as much as we do!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We are very hands on with our rental properties to make sure our guests truly get the relaxing vacation experience they are looking for. I decorate and furnish the home with the luxury amenities that I would want while staying in a VRBO. We are very proud of the housekeeping team we have, we get compliments often on our other homes on how clean they are.
We chose this home because of its prime location close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It has everything! Beautiful private pool in the backyard, astroturf surrounding it, large open home with plenty of space and bedrooms... which is very important when you travel with family and friends. We have since added a game room with arcade games, hockey table, ping pong table and big screen tv, just steps away from the pool.
****Please note this home has security cameras on the outside of home.
