Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The home is spacious with its 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a variety of bed sizes with plush bedding to choose from. There are multiple TV's for both adults and kids to enjoy. The private screened in pool and hot tub are surrounded by greenery and acreage that makes it feel like you are at your own private resort. Located just minutes from Myakka State Park.

• The space •
There are four bedrooms offering a king size bed, queen size, single with trundle as well as a triple bunk bed and futon in the common area. The kitchen is well stocked, and the garage is available for use.

Siesta Key Beach is 15.9 miles and Lido Key Beach is 21.3 miles from this home.

The pool and spa are heated and covered by a screen.

**Absolutely NO parties are allowed!! Please be respectful of this rule and the neighbors!

Please note the owner has a camper parked at the front of the property that is only occasionally occupied by the owner and family. Feel free to reach out to check if the camper will be occupied during your stay.

• Guest access •
There is a limit of 5 vehicles for parking, including the garage.
There is room for a boat or camper if you are traveling with either one.
Guests have access to all the spaces other than a locked supply closet.

At this point we only allow well-trained dogs 50 lbs or less.

**Homeowner is not liable for any accidents that occur in or near the pool. Please swim at your own risk.
**Please refrain from bringing pool floats that have confetti/glitter inside of them. This can cause issues for the pool if one pops, and the confetti/glitter gets into the pool. Thank you for understanding!

We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves. Items included in the starter kit are toilet paper, small toiletries, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, trash bags, a dish sponge, dish soap, and laundry soap.

We do our best to keep our pools well maintained however during the summer months with our daily wind and rainstorms the upkeep of the pools tends to be a little more difficult. Thank you for your patience.
