Well-appointed Nantucket home with heated pool close to the beach

Completed in 2022 this family-friendly Nantucket vacation home has 6 bedrooms across 3 levels of living. Decorated in a sophisticated coastal style with high end furnishings and appliances. The main floor includes a wide entry way decorated with shiplap walls that opens into an open floor plan kitchen and dining area. This area leads to a cathedral ceiling great room with multiple couches, a TV and gas fireplace. The first floor also includes a mudroom with a bench for leaving your beach gear, a bathroom plus a primary bedroom suite with private office. The second floor houses three bedrooms including a primary bedroom suite with en suite bathroom. The lower level game room has a TV viewing area with games, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms including a double-bunk room. The kitchen and dining area opens to back deck that leads to the new saltwater pool. Property houses a new outdoor shower and a front porch with porch swing. Property is one mile to Surfside beaches and close to mid-island amenities.

The house has everything you will need for the beach including beach chairs, boogey boards, towels and coolers. The pool area has lounge chairs, adirondack chairs and a table and chairs for enjoying the heated pool. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need including a gas range.

Wonderful ACK getaway at the Hidden Gem

Our vacation from beginning to end was wonderful! Dan was an amazing and responsive host. Excellent location, pool was perfect and more than enough bedrooms/beds. Stocked with pretty much everything we needed. Highly recommend!

The Hidden Gem

Lovely house that is newly built and very well maintained. The bedrooms and bathrooms were plentiful and so comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all your needs. The pool is beautiful. Close to town and close to beaches. Definitely check this place out!! Owners were very responsive and amazing accommodative. A pleasure to work with. We will be back for sure and stay for longer!

Fantastic Rental!

Highly recommend!! A fantastic week on Nantucket in this newly built and beautifully decorated home! We absolutely would and will rent this house again. We loved the location, the layout with ample bedrooms and living spaces, a beautiful pool with outdoor living, and all of the things we need for a fun week like beach chairs, towels and toys. Dan was lovely to rent from. 5 stars across the board.

Amazing!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was beautiful, well stocked with everything you might need. We enjoyed several dinners by the pool. Lots of extras like beach, chairs. towels, colleges. Centrally locates to beaches and downtown. Would highly recommend this property. The host was very responsive and easy to work with.

Amazing very new house and pool.

Can’t say enough great things about the house. It’s very new, beautifully thought out and built on a quite street. The kitchen, living room, and pool area were a great hit with the family and kids. While I loved the street which was quite and safe for the kids some might like the action of the town or the beach. For me the house was ideal with the ability to try anywhere we wanted to go. The perfect pairing was renting Dans Jeep and seeing sunset on Madaket.

Fabulous Home & Perfect location!

I booked this home after seeing the beautiful pictures but honestly they don’t do it justice. It was a gorgeous home, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities, with a beautiful long table for all of us. The rooms were cozy and beds very comfortable. Stepping outside into the backyard was heavenly. We all loved the heated pool, outdoor shower and new grill! We spent many afternoons and evenings enjoying the peacefulnesses and privacy in the backyard. Pure heaven. The location was perfect! Only a short bike ride or even shorter(3 minutes) drive to Surfside beach. Less than 5 minutes to stop and shop and many restaurants and a short drive into town. I have been to Nantucket several times but this was by far my favorite location. I was amazed at how close it was to everything but still so quiet! The owner Dan was extremely accommodating went above and beyond to accommodate us. He answered all emails and questions right away. Overall I highly recommend you renting this home! You will NOT be disappointed!
