Home PANDZA - OmiĆĄ, private pool close to the beach
Home (apartment) PANDZA in OmiĆĄ with 3 bedrooms for up to 7 people. Located on a 10 minute walk to the beach but also on an ideal distance from the city centre for perfect relaxing holiday. Great for families. There is also a large indoors kitchen, living room and 3 bathrooms. With a private pool you also have a lovely and open wide terrace and garden, large table with 2 benches for spending your time, a fireplace (bbq) outside and a private fireplace (bbq) indoors next to the additional kitchen.
The space
Home PANDZA is situated on the ground floor of the house.
It's filled with activities such as darts, smart TV (with apps like Netflix etc.) game console (Playstation 4), table football, billiards (snooker), toys for children to play with. There is also exercise equipment. You won't have a dull moment during your entire stay with all the amenities this apartment has.
First bedroom has a bed for two, second bedroom has a bed for two as well.
Third bedroom has a single bed for one. There is also a sofa-bed in the living room for two.
The entire ground floor of the house where the apartment is situated, the pool, the outdoor seating area including deck chairs, table, benches etc. is strictly just for your private use. You don't share the mentioned areas with anyone else.
Other things to note
There are welcoming drinks and food once you arrive at the apartment.
We know, plans can change. We aim to be flexible. If you cancel, despite the default cancellation policy, we give a 50% refund, with the possibility of a higher refund or a voucher for future use.
Our Home PANDZA is not suitable for young groups of friends under 23 years old, due to bad past experience.
During July and August, check-ins (arrivals) and check-outs (departures) can only be on Saturdays, but we can be flexible - message us before to check if we can arrange it differently for you.
