Welcome to "Greenview" Condominium, hosted by Carolina Mountain Vacation Homes! Enjoy the Maggie Valley Country Club where all our guests are invited to enjoy the amenities! With mountain views overlooking the 8th green, this nicely updated resort condo is easily accessible, and includes an elevator for easy access from the parking area, a covered balcony, new high end furnishings, a king master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a king guest bedroom, high speed internet and more! Located on the second floor with a personal parking space located right near the stairs.

Enjoy cooking in our chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware you could possibly need. This home has both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig.

This home is equipped with Smart TVs in both bedrooms and living room (70"). Netflix, HBO Max, DirectTV Stream, and Samsung live TV + subscriptions are all included on the huge 70" smart TV in the living room!

Enjoy the four seasons of WNC with quick access to golf, ski slopes, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Harrah s Casino, hiking, and so much more! Only 30 minutes to all of the conveniences of Asheville and the airport.

3 minutes to downtown Maggie Valley.
10 minutes to Blue Ridge Parkway.
10 minutes to Waynesville, NC.
25 minutes to Harrah’s Casino, Cherokee gambling.
30 minutes to Asheville, NC, where the Biltmore House is.

Perfect

We booked the week of the evening the Mini Truck Nationals here. The condo is absolutely beautiful, spotless, felt like home. The view off our porch was the golf course and the valley. It was easy the perfect location to everything. Communication was quick and effective if we needed anything. We hope to book again next year! It really made our weekend! Highly recommended!!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay in Maggie Valley over New Years. This condo was in a great location to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Exceptionally clean, and a simple, simple process during rental.

Beautiful location, spacious, clean and cozy - highly recommend!

We stayed at the condo for three nights while we visited the area to snowboard cataloochee ski area. The condo had everything we needed, it was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4, extremely clean and very cozy with a fireplace and large balcony. The location was perfect, it was less than 10 minutes to the snowtubing area and bottom of the mountain to head up to the ski area. It was quiet and a beautiful location on the golf course. Highly recommend!

The only flaw with this property is the is not cable TV. For us who don’t use internet TV, it is a draw back.

Nice, but a few things to note

We enjoyed our stay. Unit is set up well with split bedrooms. Kitchen was very well stocked. Enjoyed the outdoor seating, but view of the putting green is a more extreme angle than pictures imply. Also, busy road is right beyond the parking lot. Noise level was higher than I prefer. 2 items that I hope the manager has corrected by now, 1) the television is not cable, it’s just access to various steaming if you enter your own codes and passwords, then remember to remove them before you leave, this should now be clarified in the listing, and 2) the shower heads are poor and brutal pressure, but hopefully something has been done to correct that.

Carolina Travels

The property was very clean and we had great feedback from the management company when we found out that cable tv service wasn't available. Once we reported the lack of cable, the owner stepped up and immediately made You Tube TV available. It wasn't my preferred choice, but it did allow us to view our normal programs once we became used to learning how to navigate the system. The lighting in the main living area was inadequate for reading and could have used a light fixture on the ceiling fan as an option for better lighting. Everything else was great.
