The condition of the house is no where near how it appears in the pictures. I can tell someone put in some effort to upgrade things but it looks like that was done years ago. The house was not clean, floors had not been swept or mopped. There is a rodent issue, dropping in the kitchen drawers. At least they were dead but there were dead bugs everywhere - window seals, around beds, hallway floor. When we arrived we quickly noticed the arm of the couch was broken and there are burn holes in the couch cushions. The ceiling fan in the bedroom closest to the back door has a broken blade. The tv did not turn on. The back porch is in desperate need of pressure washing, mold growing on it. Also some rotten boards that should be replaced. The vents throughout are rusted and there is visible water damage on the wood floor in the living room near the kitchen. Not sure if you have had a ventilation issue and the house is holding moisture or if you’ve had a water issue in the past to cause that damage. The conference we came for took the majority of our time so we were not at the house much but it is not a place I’d rent again or recommend to anyone.
