Guests enjoy the convenience of non gated and off-street parking for 1 vehicle.
The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 guests & the both bedrooms feature a 65â Roku TV. There is also an outdoor area that is perfect for gatherings.

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts new appliances, classic white cabinets, and white subway tiles.
The bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds, TVs, and connected to a 3-piece bathroom with newly remodeled vanities and subway tiles.
The outdoor area is covered and decorated with hanging lights, making it suitable for any weather. It features patio furniture, a picnic bench, and a ping pong table.
Pets are welcome, and the house has semi gated front and back areas for dogs to play in.
