Secluded cul-de-sac, with courtyard views and 2 story atrium. Open floor plan, flooded with natural light. Eclectic mid century and vintage furnishings. Walking distance to groceries, take out, shops and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen. On site free parking. 2nd bedroom is set up for office use. Wireless internet. Close to running and hike/bike trails.

The townhome feels like a secluded oasis but is in walking distance to shops and many great Houston restaurants. It is near the Galleria, Memorial City, Memorial Herman Hospital complex and the energy corridor. Memorial Park, Houston Arboretum and Terry Hershey Park are nearby. It is 2 story townhome with atrium, open flow and loft. 2 story windows and natural light with its own private garden area.
Pet friendly for well behaved pets and great spot for working remotely. Wireless internet, various places to work with lap top, counter, table, or desk.
Fully equipped kitchen.

It is one block to the Metro Stop.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
My favorite feature of this space is all the natural lights and green views from every room. I have furnished it with things I love -From handmade quilts to a carved Savonarola chair found at an estate sale . It is a lovely place to rest, relax and to work.
It is also conveniently located to shops and restaurants. It truly is a home away from home.
