Beat the heat, Good A/C, nice shaded porch overlooking lake. Almost always a nice breeze through porch. Great for a family or group of fishermen. A lot of big bass caught right off back yard, see pics. Neighborhood boat landing and 6-mile boat landing right around the corner. Floating boat dock that accommodates 1 boat covered and 1 uncovered. Note also that owner's boat may be present at the dock.

FISH CAMP!

We had to request some handrails on the outside and in one of the bedrooms. And there are no smoke detectors or smoke alarms anywhere in that trailer. So we requested and reported that. The handrails were fixed while we were there. I should say put on while we were there, but no smoke alarms or no smoke detectors. My sister-in-law did fall in the bedroom because it was a little dark and there was no handrail for her to hang onto so that’s why we did talk to the management.

Perfect for a fishing trip

We were able to jump on the boat and go for the fishing tournament. Owner was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Great owners

We had a great time, the owners are very responsive to messages. Camp was comfortable and has a great boat deck. Public boat launch only a mile away. Loved the covered porch! Very peaceful!!

Great camp with private boat dock. Very relaxing, really enjoyed our stay.

It was exactly what we were looking for. A clean camp house, private boat house minutes from several boat ramps. Nice porch and relaxing atmosphere. Other houses in the community could use some upkeep, but that's typical in small town lake subdivisions. Didn’t matter to me, this cabin was well kept and clean. We would stay again.

Until The Prop Don’t Turn :Episode #2

Nothing fancy but definitely worth it. Communication with owner was awesome. The lake was 5-0 ft below full pool. Just barely enough water to float my Bass Tracker aluminum bass boat at boat house in backyard. Nice cut to fish in late evening off boat house. Definitely will stay again when fishing that side of lake.

Peaceful time

We enjoyed our stay! The back porch has a nice view of the lake. Plenty of space to hang out. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Fishing was good.

Breath of fresh air!

This place was just what we needed. It was 13 of us and everyone enjoyed themselves. It is more than enough room to move around and not bump into each other. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The yard is nice and shady, the neighborhood is quiet, the next door neighbor was very pleasant and the pier was nice and the fish were biting. The owner was very timely in responding to us. No one wanted to leave.

Peaceful and Relaxing

This property is in a great location. It is in a small neighborhood, but it is very quiet. It was very clean and fit my large family of 9 with no problems. The back porch looking toward the lake was my personal favorite part. Every morning and every evening sitting on the porch just listening to the sounds of nature and watching my kids play in the yard or fishing was so nice. We will definitely book this place again in the future.

Nice place to stay

Nice little house! Not the best neighborhood, but thankfully we didn’t have any issues. The place had everything we needed and the kids had a blast fishing off the dock.

Awesome Place

We wanted a family vacation spot for a week with our family, 3 generations! Mr. Richard was so kind, friendly and accommodating. We had lots of fun and plenary of room for everyone. It even rained a little, no worries a nice big covered back porch with a nice big fan. Also it didn’t stop the kids and grands from fishing under the covered boat dock. We sat on the porch and watched the kids and grands swim and laugh and play. Caught perch and catfish of me the boat dock and went and set noodles in the big open cove. And sat on porch and watched them. Neighbors we met were all very nice and sweet. Very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking. Very clean home and lots to offer. Will be returning customers❤️

Nice lake house

It is a nice, clean cabin/lake house—spacious and homey. Loved the back patio and view. Some of the surrounding properties are kind of junkyardish but we didn’t have any interactions so it did not factor in. We had very nice family time.
