This spacious single-family home sits on a corner lot in the desirable Lewis and Clark neighborhood. With over 3,500 square feet of living space, itâs the perfect home away from home for summer adventures. Whether you're hiking, fishing, or floating the river, this home offers a comfortable retreat. The upstairs boasts three inviting bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to whip up delicious meals, while the generously sized living room offers ample seating for everyone. Enjoy movie nights on the flat-screen TV and bask in the natural light that fills the space. In the dining room, an 8-seater table awaits, complemented by additional seating at the island for three.

Discover the charm of the newly floored and well-lit downstairs area, where two more bedrooms await along with a private bathroom featuring a walk-in tile shower and a flat-screen TV.
