There were a few hiccups but the host made it easy. He was very responsive and quick to fix any issues. So accommodating. It is very kid friendly and had tons of stuff for the beach and for the kids to do. Look forward to staying again.

The pool, canoe and kayak were favorites with our family as well as fishing, all right outside the house. Spacious, clean and well equipped, nothing lacking. We had the best time with the whole family of all ages.

Had a wonderful stay. Home had everything we needed and more. We traveled with a large group a toddler and the crib, high chair, wagon and pool toys really simplified things. Great location just minutes from the beach and state park. Also close to las olas but far enough away that you didn’t feel like you were in the middle of the congestion / nightlife.

An outstanding scenic and serene location just one block from the beach. The home is as impressive and inviting as pictured in the photos. The kitchen is well - equipped and the family room could not be better for a large group to watch movies or sports. The pool is good-sized and kept at a good temp for a winter swim. Beach chairs and gear are in great shape. I recommend this property very highly.

Kitchen fully equipped for cooking. Outside grill was great! Pool was perfect in temperature. Nearby beach was amazing! With 10 of us there, we never got in each other’s way! Beautiful and very spacey home! We already miss being there!

What a great vacation. I hosted 7 friends and family for my birthday and Super Bowl week 2023.

Everything about this house, property and proximity to the beach was awesome….really. I am in the resort property rental business in Charleston, SC and this property over delivered our expectations. A+

We had a great stay in Fort Lauderdale. The house is spacious, clean, beautiful, and overall exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - less than a 3 min walk to the beach - very convenient. The outdoor pool and patio area was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the private pool. The bedrooms, dining and living areas were as good if not better than the pictures. I would rent this house again. That being said it was not a perfect stay. There were a few things that were shared with the host that if fixed would make it perfect. The air conditioning was not working great especially for the first few days. It seemed to be pre-set to be as high as 80 during the day and because the house was so spacious and open, it took a long time to cool off. We went back and forth with the manager and it helped somewhat but never gets cool enough. The fans helped. Maybe because we're from the Northeast, it just didn't quite hit the mark. We did have some tiny red ants on the counters which was inconvenient because we had to be very discerning where we put our food. The pool and pest services had interrupted us in the middle of the day when we were enjoying the pool, to do their weekly service. On our last day when they came, we asked them to come back closer to dinner so we could enjoy our last day in the pool and they and the manager did agree. Pillows were pretty little flat in most of the rooms. All fixable things. The manager seemed very open to our feedback which is great.

Perfect family vacation

The house & location were perfect for our family of 5 adults & 5 children. Everyone loved the pool, kayaks, mini golf and the quick walk to the beach. The location was private & quiet. It was nice to have pool toys, wagons, umbrellas, chairs & beach toys. Daniel was easy to contact & quickly responded to all of our needs. Our stay was wonderful & we highly recommend.

Great Family Vacation

Excellent location and nice home! Daniel, the property manager, was very responsive. We had two families with 10 guest and the house easily supported our group. Would have given it 5 starts, but when we arrived, the grass and pool needed cleaned up. I would expect that to happen prior to our arrival, but as I stated above, Daniel quickly took care of both of these issues.

Great family reunion spot

Perfect location near beach and state park. House accommodated 14 people including 3 small children. Kitchen, common areas and outdoor space were great. Loved the pool and beach toys and equipment. The visiting Muscovy ducks made a bit of a mess on the deck and racoons made disposal of garbage difficult. The hostess very responsive and even brought us baby gates. We would return to this property!

Had to rent a house in FTL large enough for two families and for entertaining my extended family and friends for a Shiva following a funeral. The house accommodated two families with 5 college-age kids and my mother, totaling 10 people. Daniel was great with the communication and instructions, and when we needed a server/housekeeper for the Shiva, he recommended Marianna who changed her schedule to help us. The setting behind Birch State Park was amazing. There were enough separate seating areas where nobody was on top of each other and had room to separate. Under the circumstances, we had a great experience and feel fortunate the house was available when we needed it. I look forward to staying there again under better circumstances.

It was such a nice property. We had plenty of room to spread out, games for the kids and, of course, the pool. It was a very short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing House and Experience

Beautiful house with plenty of space and an incredible backyard lagoon. Very easy walk to the beach about three minutes away. Property manager is very responsive and easy to get ahold of. We had no issues with our stay. Definitely recommend this property.

Great location. Great house for a group.

The location of this property was wonderful. It was close to the beach and backing up to the park gives you a ton of privacy. The home was very well appointed. There are two refrigerators, which gives you a ton of storage space for a big group. The property managers were very helpful. Our flights came in early, and they were very accommodating in meeting us a couple of hours before our check in time.
